I did get frustrated with the shop, I entered on the first floor and did not find what I was looking for. There are no signs saying where departments are. I went downstairs out of curiosity and found the ladies coats I was looking for. One person serving and I queued longer than I would have liked. I mentioned that I was looking for the petit section and was told it was round the corner!!! Annoying that no sign is visible until you get there. But they only had small sizes in this range. So a bit disappointed in this store.

Great store for fashion items at a low price. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good selection as it's a big store. The only thing that always frustrates me with New Look stores I use is that items are rarely in size order! You constantly have to check through to find your size.

I came on 18/12/2019 at 10:15am to get a Christmas present for my partner I went to speak to Carole in the shoe department and she was very polite and very passionate about customer service! Unfortunately they didn’t have what I required in store, but she took me over to the tills at 10:26 and checked for me and we ordered the product online, going that extra step in any business is very important to me, shows they enjoy their job and they care about the customer! Without a doubt the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Loved the banter too very happy with the service.

Friendly and helpful staff. A range of clothing at discounted prices. The store was unfortunately too hot to spend too much time in there trying to find what you are looking for. This could impact on people buying something instead they might just leave. It seems the aircon is broken and it was like this in the summer as well. I feel sorry for the staff and the money they are losing on the heat escaping the store.

Lovely shop. But they constantly leave the grey security tag attached to the clothing. Sent a present to my sister who lives out in the city, and it had the security tag on it, then I brought a new dress for work on Tuesday, and they have left another tag on it!! It's stupid. It has put me off shopping here now. It's double the work for simple things that are essentials. Now have to travel back into the city to get the tag removed. Not impressed at all.

The curves section has gotten smaller over the years - shame and no tall section as the tops are a better length! And I find the music is horrendously loud! It’s a shop, not a nightclub! Staff nice and friendly. Shame the odd one has to try to ruin it!

Really nice, quality clothes but when comparing to Primark clothes I personally think it is a bit overpriced when I could get just as good in Primark.

Branch of discount clothing store - on main shopping street in Norwich Good priced clothing and brand is especially known for fashionable and well priced shoes and boots This is a large shop over 2 floors Close to Bus station Sizing can be problematic - if you are used to New Look brand you will know this anyway !!!
