I was so disappointed, this was one of my favourite shops, but since living away the shop has been relocated to a bigger unit, but there seems to be much less choice and fewer sizes in stock. The staff were still amazing and lovely, but there weren't any of the bras I was after in stock in my size. This has never happened before, so I had to order and wait. There are some items I don't want to have to buy online and bras are one of them. C'mon Bravissimo our girls need you!

My mum, daughter and myself went to the Nottingham branch for a fitting, didn't think they would be able to fit us in, but they did, all of the staff were lovely, jasmine was the lady who very patiently sorted us out, she's a little gem, I would definitely recommend anyone going to see them 👍👍

I went in for a measurement yesterday and Kash, one of the fitters was fabulous and patient with me, I have major sensitivities and also learning difficulties. I wanted a bra that didn't have wires, or seams across the nipple in white and that was supportive of my now 36F breasts. I think I tried on around 25 bras in total and although I had to compromise and have a wire I thought something suitable was found. Because of my sensitivities I was kindly told that I could trial the bra at home with tags not removed to see how I got on with the wire and seams. Sadly I didn't get along with the wires and did return the bra the next day but the expert fitting service, patience and understanding was remarkable. Thank you so much Kash 😊

She knows that the measurements they take will be accurate, and the Brassiere they supply, will be well made, and will support her ample bussom. This shop is well stocked and with friendly and polite staff. We will be visiting again.

I visited the Nottingham store and was served by Dipti who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The whole in store experience was excellent and the customer service was first class. I strongly recommend this company whose staff are highly trained and conscientious.

The staff in this shop REALLY know how to give the best customer service and give it with the customer at the heart of it. Anybody who works in retail should model themselves on the staff at this bravissimo branch (sadly and all too often now this is not always the case) who make you feel welcome and put you at ease immediately. Good products, a little pricey but you get what you pay for with a bra. I now have a waist again and can jump about like a trampolinist so all is good.

Lovely shop. I went for a bra fitting and Natalie (the lady who did my fitting) was so friendly and helpful and really made me feel at ease. I wish they had a little more selection though and back sizes larger than a 40. After all, many of the large busted ladies will be plus sized and so in need of larger back sizes. Also, it is quite pricey, but unfortunately this is usually the case when buying non standard sizes. Otherwise I would highly recommend this store.

They are all kind and understanding, efficient, good stock, nice feel to the shop, good range... the only issue is that some of the bras don't all go up to the same sizes and you only find out by asking and then waiting till they find out. It would be a good idea if they had a label on the bras or the rack (no pun intended) so we can see without having to wait.

Very welcoming staff and made me feel comfortable for my first fitting. Explained everything they wanted to do before carrying out with it, helped me with my choices and explained why they do things the way they do. However, bras/lingerie was on the pricey side, when I got back home, wore one of my purchased bras and it caused an open sore on my back from where it had rubbed. Emailed their customer service and they wanted to rectify this by me sending my bra to them by mail and them sending me a new one as they said the one I had purchased must have been faulty. The other bra I purchased was fine, it could have just been the style. Would try again.

I was completely drawn into the store by the slogan on the door that explained this store was for women with larger chests. If you have breasts over a DD and up this store is an absolute MUST to check out. They offer clothes with 3 different chest size options - this means you can find button up blouses that do not gap. Total game changer! If you're in the market for a bra, definitely get fitted. They will teach you things and put you in sizes you had no idea that you should be trying and they will fit like a glove - lift and separation for days!!

Staff very helpful, wide range of clothing as well as lingerie. Spread over two floors but has a lift. Only issue was the entrance was not accessible for wheelchairs, too narrow I think for some, and as the door didn't hold open without someone holding it I needed help entering in my mobility scooter. However nice staff and even another customer were happy to help.

Fabulous staff and will always go out of there way to help you. No tape measures are used here just trained staff to make sure your bra fits perfectly! If they don't have it in stock they will order the item and deliver it at no extra cost. The clothing is perfect and is a different size on the upper body for those with a bigger bust!

After much oohing and ahhing due to me thinking it would be too 'posh' I finally decided to just go in and have a bra fitting. Im so glad I did. The staff were lovely and very normal and the girl who did my bra fitting really took her time and didn't rush. I loved it and have never been fitted for a bra in this way before. Will never use anyone else again really chuffed and know the bras are great quality. You get what you pay for.
