Very polite and helpful staff every time we have been in. The staff aren't pushy like a lot of the other sports shop and the staff in the Derby shop know their stuff. Even if you're just browsing it doesn't feel like you're being hounded and the staff are available when required. Prices can go from reasonable to whatever you want to spend on trainers. The selection of trainers is pretty good and the shop tends to get most new releases in, but If the new releases aren't in the staff always offer to help order it in if it is in stock. Small selection of brands clothes aswell at usual prices.

Nice store, but it's not organised very well. Big banch sneakers aren't noticable. No way to know which is which, at least for a new sneakerhead like me
