Bought some ice hockey skates online and they were dispatched the next day! We were unsure if they were pre sharpened so sent them an email and the customer service was top notch! 100% recommend and will be buying from them again!

Wouldn’t shop anywhere else in the U.K. Sheffield or Nottingham store which ever shop I go into I’m always greeted by the nicest people who actually want to look after me! and not force product I don’t need onto me. After visiting the shop on Saturday 19/12/20 I would just like to say a massive thank you to the chap who gave me and my daughter some really detailed advice about pain from skates. There was me thinking she needed new skates but it all came from having an issue with flat feet and could be fully resolved by having some insoles that were later purchased from Shuropody. The chap (who I believe works out of the Sheffield store usually) was incredibly helpful and gave his personal experience of having the same problems) Issue is a 100% resolved and your assistance is very much appreciated

Ordered a Christmas present (Panthers merchandise) online at the end of November and wasn't sure if it would come in time. E-mailed the store and the retail manager e-mailed me straight back giving an expected delivery date. When the item came, the wrong size was provided. I e-mailed the store again and by return received an apology and the promise to put things right as soon as possible. Sure enough Alex, the chap in question, has just delivered the replacement item to me at my door, at gone 8.30pm on his way home, in order to ensure it is here for Christmas. Absolutely above and beyond the call of duty, given that the weather is foul outside, and he could have just suggested I go into the store to pick it up tomorrow. ALEKSANDAR GAJIC you are a hero. Thank you SOOOO much. A gentleman who understands the importance of good customer service. Thank you.

Just started learning to skate and the Ice Locker staff have been great. Always really helpful, first giving me solid advice about getting good value equipment, then making sure I got the right skates and each time I've been in since with questions or to get my skates baked. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great, plenty of variety of stock to view. The staff are very helpful and helped us when looking for hockey skates. The store has items from american NHL league as well as plenty of Panthers merchandise. There is also screen continuously playing hockey games. Pretty cool place. I am told they are having a refit in march 2020, so looking forward to seeing the new look.

Don't live in Nottingham but was there for a concert. I went in the morning to see if they could sharpen my figure skates. The two staff said normally you have to book or leave your skates for a day. Unfortunately it was not possible however they checked and they said they could fit it in! I couldn't be more happier and really appreciate the staff going out of their way. I will look at coming back when updating my skates just because of how helpful they were.
