S. D.I was served by Maureen today ! What a lovely lady ! I went in to sort an exchange for my son's clothes was sorted no hassle . I was greeted with a smile and she was so friendly and made conversation . Maureen took her time with me and she folded the new clothes to purchase in such a careful elegant manner. Maureen such a credit to NEXT store at Vic centre . 5 star experience :D ! I hope you get promoted !

D. M.I arrived five minutes before closing. The assistant who helped me was fantastic and went the extra mile to accommodate and help. The manager however came across rude speaking to the assistant in hear shot. Sometimes you wonder why job roles aren't reversed. Be careful who may be listening to you and look after your good staff, not talk down to them!
M. J.Lovely you can get pushchair around the aisles. However I think they should have a till for just collections as it holds up the queue a he'll of a lot on many occasions when some people have brought things in store. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store haves a lovely variety of clothes
D. B.My hubby wanted new jeans. The store carries several styles however very limited in the amount of sizes that they keep in. Out Of all the jeans could only find one pair in his size. When asked if any more we were helpfully told that what was out was all they had... no offer to order in or suggest any other styles we will go back because next jeans are good quality however probably to a different store

I didn't get the ladies name but she is about 6 months pregnant and she went above and beyond with her service, going to and from the store room finding my size. She was very friendly and helpful, next time I'm in I would definitely look out for her again. Would just like to thank her for all her help.

o. o.Good shop but they are only limited to size 18-20 in the store.At times it takes a lot of strenuous search to find size 20.But they really do have nice stuff but it will do well if they make allowance for extra sizes .
