Little bit disappointing. Sales assistants gormlessly stand and stare without offering real assistance. Bought a lovely hydro cotton towel in the sale as a gift for my mother but sales assistant plonked it in this garish ‘ the white company SALE’ paper bag which looked a bit trashy , when I asked for it to be in a normal bag as it was a gift the answer i got was ‘ well I suppose I could ‘ and a sigh before doing so. Left happy with the product in the end but let down by service

I haven't visited this place but know their reed scent diffusers smell divine although quite expensive

Special place for my wife with some very nice stuff. Bit overpriced sometime, as you'll ask yourself the value you really get for the indicated price. Nice to visit on our Saturday's shopping, you might find couple if your Christmas presents here. We love it!

I went in to try and buy a memory foam pillow. The first customer assistant wasn't very helpful. Just informed me that it was out of stock. Alex stepped in advised I could order for home delivery and pay no delivery charges. Thank you Alex.
