With a brand portfolio including Gucci, Prada, Chloe, Burberry, Off White, Stone Island, Moncler and CP Company, you are guaranteed to find all your favourite designer brands with excellent customer service.

It’s a great store, and they have so many brands to choose from. The male supervisor on shift gave me great customer service. I ended up purchasing a few items with him in store and he also helped me order some Stuart Weitzman shoes and a CP coat for my son to be delivered to my address. Great customer service provided by him and also his team.

Overall okay, nice lady helped me with choosing the Gucci shoes size. One star less for the fact that the security guy was really slow with opening the door for me. He just did it when I was about to open them myself...

Excellent customer service from Jordan, he was very attentive and took great care. The service was of top class. There were items that I was interested in buying but there were no sizes on the shop floor, he made sure to double check the stockroom for the product in my size. Luckily I was able to buy the items as they were in stock and I left the store very happy with my purchase and with the excellent service I had received.

Although the stock is very good, prices are scaled up compared to other shops. I shop in many high end luxury stores, but I feel here the staff tend to watch very closely in an obvious, intrusive way. Not made to feel welcome. Not greeted with smiles, but rather greeted with watchful eyes. It's a shame too because this is Oxford's only real high end brand clothing store.

Very pleasant shop to visit, nice atmosphere and attentive staff, though can’t help feeling part of the reason they’re so attentive is because they watching out for thieves. Good prices, and a nice range of stone island. Oxford was lacking a store that sells premium goods, a welcome addition to the centre.

A very modern, quirky store. All laid out in an artistic way. Right away, it's obvious you're in a high end store. Clothes nicely laid out and staff are generally helpful. Oxford needed a store like this.
