Thank you so much to the Oxford and the Chiswick Store who bent over back wards to get me a dress I was looking for. The Oxford store rang round so many branches to find the dress for me, not giving up until they found a store that stocked the dress. And then kindly left me a message with all the details I needed to purchase it. The customer service was excellent and everyone I spoke to was just lovely! This level of service makes such a difference to the whole buying experience and I got the fab dress I wanted, in the size I needed, and in the sale! Thank you all very much

Main problem I have with Mint Velvet is that the clothes on the hangers tend to have fabric snags. When you ask if they have without they don't. Shame as very trendy clothes.
