Sam was extremely helpful, he really invested time in making sure I had the right Dinner jacket for my event. Thank you, perfect customer service. Will come here again

Went for grooms + groomsmen suit hire. Good service if you've booked an appointment, I went three times to get myself and groomsmen fitted. Different assistants each time, all professional and knew what they were doing. Downside is that they never picked up the phone when I tried to call. There can be quite a bit of waiting when the store is busy as usually only 2-3 people running the store at a time. Additionally, the suits we were getting fitted for were so popular, we weren't offered to try them on, instead we had to use mismatched suits for sizing. This was okay, but it meant we didn't get to see what we all looked like until the wedding day!

Used the 'Tailor Me' service for a wedding suit & trousers. Michael was incredibly helpful, honest and patient throughout the process. I was in the westgate store today in Oxford and was served by Sam, I originally entered to purchase a short for an upcoming party however Sam was absolutely sensational in upselling to me. He went on to show me more items in a way that did not feel pushy or excessive. He allowed me time and comfort to make a decision. I ended up leaving with two additional items simply Because of the way Sam made me feel whilst shopping. I went to Moss Bros to get a blazer for a new job. I met a member of staff, JD, who explained the benefits of using their Tailor Me service (I am short and struggle to find well-fitting clothes). JD helped me to pick a great material, make smart design choices and ensure the product was suited to the purpose. I was assisted over the phone by a customer representative at Oxford Westgate Moss Bros branch, Her name is Emily. She has gone out of her way to help me order the last renaming few pairs of trousers and waistcoat for our Civil Partnership to be delivered to the Cheltenham store as it is usually closed for a Wednesday and Thursday. She was so kind on the phone, she explained the whole process of getting my order sent to the Cheltenham store, also making sure everything was the right size, advising more about trouser lengths, And finally making sure the suit pieces we on hold for me! We need more people like her working in the customer facing industry as she has done exceptionally well :)

A really good experience, I ordered online to store, and at the store, I returned the extra sizes that were not required after trying everything on and getting a 2nd and 3rd opinion from staff members. After learning about the range they held in store, I will actually favour using the store and the staff to help me pick my next suit I'll need to purchase. A really positive experience for me.

Had a mixed experience here. Bought a suit. Service good. But the trousers needed a repair- sent them to be tailored , last I saw of them. Very very frustrating 6 weeks later to be told no record of them. Luckily one guy (Marion) went over and above to fix this. New trousers ordered, tailored and Delivered in 2 days. If it wasn't for him, this would be 1 star. Marion- thank you. MOSS , get a grip please. Letting your reputation down

Bought two suits there. They are very helpful, giving customers all the time they need and patiently explain and advise. What they don't have in the shop is delivered to the shop the day after. They also make adjustments. Prices are reasonable and students get a 15% discount. Highly recommended!

I know it is strange for a place selling male clothes but try to avoid male staff. The nicest fabric is only on slim, superslim etc the rest is quite boring. Better check the website for discounts I bought online a shirt for 15 and the shop had it at 35...

Very high quality clothing here. I arrived when there was a sale as well and the prices offered a great bargains. My one regret is that it was difficult to find anything in my size considering I'm a bit of an oddball when it comes to body proportions, but don't let that stop you.

I was dreading getting kitted up for my daughter's wedding but the very experienced and helpful staff steered me through it all. My advice would be to avoid the web hire service and head for the shop, that way you will really benefit from the service.

Really wide selection which is great, but they don't carry everything in stock, requiring you to order them in, then come back for another fitting. As you might imagine this is a pain if one element of the hire or purchase isn't how you might expect it from the online store. Good service
