L. V.Wonderful service!! I purchased a dress in Oxford, only to discover it was too small when I got back to Edinburgh. There is no store in Scotland, and the corporate customer support person I spoke with stubbornly insisted that there is no way to return or exchange in-store purchases by post. Luckily, when I called the Oxford store, the manager was so lovely and accommodating, offering to ship me the next size up if I shipped my dress back to the store! I was so delighted to receive my dress (and a small refund!) in the mail, along with the sweet personalized note pictured below :) Kind people really do make all the difference!!
