This is a super little shop with lovely suits. Angelika who is in charge, has been taking care of us since February. With two weddings coming up the service has been faultless. The suits are at good prices with a 10% discount for wedding party suits. The suits are a little bit different. Well worth a look. If any adjustments are required, they are arranged there and then for a reasonable extra fee and prompt service. Such friendly staff and Angelica's expert eye will help you make the right decision. What more can I say. For my sons weddings we have had 7 suits fitted. One more suit to be finalised. Make sure you get the right place. Shop No 25 is the correct address. No. 27 has a very similar name but you won't find Angelika there.

Visited the shop today to look at clothes for one of my family. Offered tea and biscuits as we looked around at the large selection of clothes available. Served by Angelica, who was absolutely superb. Fantastic knowledge of her profession. She offered advice and guidance, plus an honest opinion about fit, colour, accessories. Never at any time were we subjected to a hard sell. Took time to offer comparisons, always looking for the best choice for the buyer. Superb experience, and I would recommend the shop to anyone.

My husband and I went to Maysons in Peterborough to order a particular suit for our sons wedding. From the moment we walked into the shop until we walked out again Angelica went above expectations she even sat me down and made both of us a coffee. Angelica knew just by looking at my husband his size and found the exact suit. Angelica suggested that she orders a small fit suit to get the correct fit. Once again the service was so good and it was delivered to the shop in super quick time. Angelica then arranged for the trousers to be shortened and we picked up the suit on Wednesday. The suit {Blue Jay} was very good quality and fits perfectly. I would like to add that Angelica is in the shop on her own and even if she has customers waiting she engages with everyone and makes them feel their custom is appreciated. The only suit shop you will ever need to go to. Angelika & her staff we're friendly, knowledgeable & go out of their way to help. We bought 2 suits for our wedding for my husband & son. The whole outfit including 3 piece suit, shirt, tie & pocket handkerchief & shoes (with spare laces) were far cheaper than any other shops. Great quality, colour, style & fit. Go here first, you won't have to go anywhere else.

The best suit shop in Peterborough and that I have been to. The service from start to finish getting my wedding suit and wedding party suits has been outstanding. The team are very accommodating and been so helpful throughout and giving me regular updates with timescales of things, and as you know is important for planning a wedding! Angelica is FANTASTIC. So helpful, kind, friendly and so lovely to kids (& adults!). After being given the run around by Cavani head office for a suit for our son to match the groom (aka Daddy), Angelica went above and beyond to ensure we eventually got the matching mini suit and arranged for the alterations to be sorted for us straight away. The shop itself stocks a wide variety of suits in many colours, and if there’s something you can’t see that you would like, you can be assured that Angelica will try to find it for you. Dealt with Angelika throughout and she was brilliant. I bought 2 three-piece suits, one for me and one for Best man. We picked out suits which worked perfectly for my wedding colours and at a great price. Angelica and Jules looked after me and my partner recently when we were looking for suits for a wedding at short notice. They were so helpful finding sizes and giving us advise on their range and they even arranged for the trousers to be take up which was all done within an hour whilst we went for lunch. I visited this store today as I required a suit for my brothers wedding that I am due to attend in 3 days time. I can honestly say I received some of the best client service I have ever received in any department store. I went to all the usual shops around Peterborough & Spalding.... M&S, Riverisland, Next, Moss Bros ect. None compared to the quality of the suits at this store and at a fantastic price also!. From the moment myself and my partner stepped in and was greeted from Angelica we Immediately felt at ease to look around the store with no pressure selling at all. Angelica could not have been more helpful if she tried. She Advised of different materials ect ( the weather is due to be hot - the last thing I wanted was a thick heavy suit and she helped me pick out lighter suits especially after I had put on a few pounds during covid!). I wanted to look at Moss Bros before I made my decision ( This is where I expected to buy my suit) - all I can say is that was a waste of a journey and I soon returned. I personally think some of the suits on offer at this store were slightly ahead in fashion and more on trend than Moss Bros (All the smart suits you see on your instagram, facebook ect they have them here at a good price). Upon my return I was greeted by Jules (Angelica's Colleague) - she was equally as helpful & friendly and she also could not accomodate us enough. I tried on several suits (there was 3 or 4 I would have happily worn from here and I am fussy!) I eventually chose a suit and the trousers were slightly too long and I thought I would have to get these taillored and have to come back the next day. Angelica got these taken up for me within half an hour while I went for lunch!. Wow!! what an amazing service! They must partner with a local store and she arranged all this for me for a bargian price of £12 saving me several journeys to and from town and rushing around last minute! She called me when eating my pizza and this was ready. When I went back to the store this was getting extremely busy (this was good friday) we still received full attention from the staff (even though we had already paid), we tried the trousers on again to make sure they were tailored correctly and again was offered further drinks and Angelica took pictures of us in the Lounge area upstairs. I would recommend this store for anyone and everyone who needs a suit, no matter what age or occasion. The private lounge area upstairs is perfect for Grooms who require matching suits. If you arrange in advance they can have suits ready for you and your best man and party in your sizes ready for you all to try and you are offered a beer while you try these on in a modern private lounge area. This service is not only offered to groups but for the individual person also which is great if you hate looking for your sizes and looking through lots of options as they can have colours ect ready for your arrival. Also you can step out and show your partner/family in a private area and not in the middle of a store and the mirrors here are great also. My partner had already bought his suit from Debenhams but when he saw me in my suit and the quality of this he had to buy one himself to not feel underdressed. For a small shop they had everything on offer that I had seen online when viewing suits, they didn't need to fill spaces with boring suits that you would only wear to a funeral or a job interview. Like I said i could have eaily bought 4 from here. I struggled with even 1 suit in every store I visited. I can't fault this store at all, they didn't have my size on the trousers in one of the suits I liked but they could order this. This is the only fault I can find but I take full responsibilty for this as I came in on good friday and my brother was getting married on bank holiday monday after easter sunday and I can't expect them to work miracles! If you are looking for a suit please visit here, this store is a hidden treasure and will save you a lot of time!

This is a wonderful little suit shop! The manager is lovely, and will really look after you. You can pre-book an appointment and get preferential treatment! Awesome experience when visiting the store in Queensgate yesterday. The assistant (Angelica??) was so helpful and informative. She was very polite and courteous. I'll definitely come back. 8/2/2022 I visited your Queensgate store recently to purchase an Albert blazer for my partner. Your wonderful assistant was so lovely and helpful. She attempted to sell a tie or bow tie to go with the blazer, however, I know my partner wouldn't wear one, so she suggested that I get him a flat cap..... I was elated as know that he will love it!. Although she is always up selling (if that's what it's called) she is by no means 'pushy'. She's extremely professional and approachable. I thoroughly enjoy visiting the store and always hope that Angelika is there to help. She always gives her honest opinions and advice. Her communication, organisational skills, and knowledge of the products are second to none. Whenever I come into the store, the layout is always different. Most amazing exerience today with Angelika, Looking for a wedding suit and have had nothing but problems with other suits shops but the second we walked in she offered help if we needed it, knew my partners size and needs just with a simple look at their shoulders and hips and was nothing but welcoming, she gave us the opportunity to think about the suit before purchasing but the whole experience was so smooth and well explained we knew straight away this was the perfect suit for us, she's made all the stress melt away and her customer service is second to none - seating and drinks offered to keep us comfortable while trying on different suits, all in all the suits are very high quality, the customer service is excellent and wholeheartedly would recommend Cavani by Maysons and Angelika is the perfect fit there

Highly recommend - Angelika is such a character and fantastic person who will go above and beyond to help - I had absolute trust in her to organise the suits for myself & all the groomsman and she did an excellent job - Very friendly, helpful and all round just a kind person - The suits are great quality at a great price - Really nice relaxed atmosphere that was perfect for someone like myself who is not used to buying suits - Never felt out of place or pressured and Angelika reassured me along the way.
