As always quality clothing and equipment, you get what you pay for. You have quality gear for normal price and quality gear which is more expensive the staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable about your needs and go above and beyond to make sure what you get is fit for purpose

Wanted some camping equipment, all the staff was wearing a mask and the screen protectors are still in use. Most customers not wearing anything but seem ro keep their distance. The place seems very clean but at the checkouts they did not sanitise between customers but mist places do not so it was ok.

Decent sized store. Went to buy a tent and they have an outdoors area where a lot of them are set up so you can better see what your buying. Good range of camping equipment, bicycles and clothing.

I found a new waterproof coat, just what I was looking for. Excellent price for it . Some items were too expensive for me and not a lot of choice with the trousers I was looking for . They were nearly all black and I was looking for grey or green and they were expensive. Well spaced out and a lot of camping things. Will keep going back to find new trousers .

Excellent! The most helpful staff I have ever encountered. Great selection of goods, the best prices, and everything I ever wanted from an outdoor store. It is such a big difference when the staff members have a knowledge and a passion for outdoor activities. Store and changing rooms are always clean, no problems with parking as there's plenty of space and there is a great selection of erected tents outside for interested ones. Highly recommended.

Excellent, diligent service. I was looking to buy some new hiking boots and the staff were very helpful, encouraging me to try on different pairs, and use the test ramp. After about 90 minutes of patient service, I found the pair I wanted. A very positive experience.

Absolutely had the best experience ever at go outdoor, had assists from staff at peterborough store I’m getting over a broken hip operation the young lady assisted me even offered her arm for assistance, and when I came out with my shopping a lovely young man was right there and asked to assist me in putting it in my vehicle and taking my trolley back for me, pity there isn't more stores that is so helpful especially for the elderly well done peterborough I will be coming back xxx

Great store shame the online store let's them down. Travelled all the way in for a camping item as it showed in stock. Arrived at store to find no stock. The employee was apologetic but may no attempt to turn the situation into a positive. Left store disappointed.
