T. D.River Island is good collection of products with slightly higher price but it value for money. I have not noticed cheap or poor quality chines products like other store.
A. K.i don’t really shop at river island but i went in today and this guy served me with black curly hair, i wish i got his name!! the service was 10/10 and he was very polite. i’ll be definitely coming back :)
W. T.Not a huge selection for a City Centre store. Has a selection of clothes and shoes for women, men and kids all on one level. Annoyingly, the changing rooms are only open from 12 until 4... which, hopefully will change as we come out of covid restrictions. I have found the rules apply differently to individual stores though.

A. S.The quality of the items is very good. Customer service VERY POOR.! No Good morning, NO hello, unsure which till was the one. NO smile, just asked if I wanted a bag. Will NOT go to that one again! I will choose another store.
A. R.Okish place the Staff could be more polite. When I'm asked " would you like a bag" how can they then charge you 5p. Would you like a cup of tea? But I've not charged you. They should say " Would you like a 5p carry bag?
