I don’t know the name of the lovely sales assistant that helped me today (they had long dark hair) but they were working at 11:40 on 7/7 and they were so helpful. I wish I’d caught their name to give them some feedback. They answered all my questions and were just generally a pleasure to meet. Really happy with my purchase. I got some jeans and the quality is amazing, only I now want them in more colours!

Decent quality clothes but they don't have anything smaller than an 8 for skirts which is annoying.

Went in last Thursday, browsing, feeling a bit let down by this winter's line. After been in there trying on multiple jackets and it not been what I wanted we left. On the way out i noticed I had lost my bank card 😣 luckily in strore. I slid under the cloths rail and picked it up phew....I did notice the store floor is super clean, no dust, and the rails, the store in general was clean tidy. Then I found the coat of my dreams....blue black camo parker with the strings mmmmmm, only 1 left in my size. I was money short, it was a bit over budget, prices can be high, so came home. Rang them next day, it was still their, I ran like sonic and collected it. Money well spent...quality product with 12 months warranty. Thick, warm detachable fur, looks amazing with my heels boots and trainers. May I also add a huge thank you to all the staff I met you were all really helpful in your own ways.

Lovely shop, recommended. When you get anything, you looks in same time supercool, superdry and superfresh, plus high quality cloths, more then 3 in 1.

I love shopping at superdry, the only issue I find is the store is quite dark inside, not great lighting, and the stock is so close together, making it harder to get about if you have shopping bags or a pram.

Great clothing HOWEVER............it seems that the company is still living in the dark ages as they wont let you return an item for a refund unless faulty. NO REALLY!! they'll only give you a credit. Just make sure you 100% want it and it 100% fits before you buy it. Well done Superdry, you've taken retail and customer service back to the 70's!!!

well! i got a polar windcheater at the beginning of jan, looked great, felt warm, only problem i found at the time was a large amount of stitching hanging off everywhere. didnt mind toooo much as i thought it might have been just a one off. then at the end of jan i found the pocket was falling to pieces. my wife took it back and swapped it like for like and when i inspected it, this was probably worse with loose stitching, so angry as i was i took it back to see about a refund as it was obvious this was a general and frequent issue as google searching turned up much the same problem from people. they said they could tidy it up but not offer a refund as the loose stitching didnt hind its functionality, the supervisor also tried to tell me that because of the intracacy of the design, that was the reason for the excessive loose stitching, so i agreed to let the supervisor tidy it up, i returned an hour later to pick it up and i was confronted with a member of staff holding my jacket and she appologised as she showed me two HUGE holes, one along the collar and one down the side of the zip. so i was offered a refund in full and the till clerk said that the stitching was just rubbish as they produce so many regardless of the material quality. i even went round the store looking at other similar jackets which 9 out of 10 had lots of loose stitching so its not by any means an isolated incident. so in short my thoughts are this: dont buy it unless your mental to waste money, if you do and there's stitching loose, get them to tidy it up on site and check it after before you leave the store as it may just fall to pieces. and certainly dont just take my word for it, google search them for reviews on the quality. suposedly it started off as a market product, it really should have stayed there and when im paying £75 for a jacket, i expect quality not a piece of rubbish disguised as something nice to look at.

I love super dry clothes but they rarely put anything on sale which is a shame because the clothes especially hoodies and jackets are great.
