Fantastic service, fantastic clothes, and David is an absolute legend. When I got my first order (a Seamless top and shorts), I immediately decided to purchase another top because of the quality and comfort. In my haste, I forgot to thoroughly check the packaging as included was a discount code for 10% off. I cheekily emailed the contact address asking if I could cancel the order I had just placed, and I would order again using the code and throw in another item as well (was thinking some socks). Just as soon as I'd sent the email, the other order I was going to place wouldn't accept the discount code at the checkout; I thought "it's a quality product stop being such a cheapskate and tell them you'll just have the order as is". So yet another email; explaining that the code wasn't working for me and I was happy with the order anyway so they should disregard my previous message. The following morning I got an email from David informing me that he very generously gave me a 15% refund off the order. Like I said, an absolute legend, I couldn't recommend BAM more.

Great selection of clothes. Especially love my socks from here! The customer service is outstanding, they are always so helpful and quick to reply if you have a problem.

Clothes are by and large good - check the sizing, varies between whichever country products are sourced from (Turkey vs China etc). Medium in some ranges, XL in others. Delivery takes around a week, and returns.. still waiting! 2 weeks and counting.

Ordered 2 joggers, 2 sets of socks and a top. One of the joggers were shedding a lot and a pair of socks had a hole in the seam before even wearing it. They replaced these but then the other pair of joggers are shedding and another pair of socks have a hole in. Really wanted to like this brand, their clothing is super soft and look great but quality isn't there. We have had these for less than six months so far but noticed the poor quality either immediately or within a few weeks.. We won't be ordering from here again but gave stars for their great customer service.

BAM are a firm I have discovered in the last couple of years. First it was their wonderful range of socks which fit so well. Their trainer socks are fantastic, the thicker toe box and heel ensure great comfort and durability and great colour choices which change annually and seasonally. The thicker luxe bamboo socks are wonderfully warm and again very comftable with nice bright colours. The standard calf length sock have such a great range and colour choice you can't go wrong for yourself or for gifting. Overall their bamboo socks are the best i have seen available. I then started to try their other clothing and now have various items, hoody, joggers, jumpers, t-shirt and, boxers and lounge wear. All look great, fit great and most important feel great, due to the super soft bamboo fabric. Colour choices are just right for myself and keep changing seasonally which is nice to see. Their boxers are my new favourites, incredibly comfortable! I did have a small issue with an item, BAM were great at quickly resolving the problem and i was very happy with the outcome. All I can ask for from a retailer, is a friendly service, fast response, good range and quality clothing, so far they tick all the boxs. As for longetivity of the clothing i can not give my opinion as of yet as i have no history with bamboo fabric or BAM, but the quality does feel good and so far i am very pleased. The sizing seems about true so far which is good news. Overall I am very pleased with BAM and they are now my go to place for this kind of clothing, along with a small welsh clothing company named Howies. I have chosen to support the smaller UK independent clothing firms since late 90s wherever possible, due to quality, ethical, environmental and great customer service being my main priority.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings. On one pair 2 seams started to unravel after wearing them about 5 times. The other pair slide down when I run. Very annoying. The quality does not match the price. BAM refunded me for the ripped leggings at least. But now I don't see any of my reviews on their website...

Just received the socks that I ordered. Really happy, super soft and comfortable. And great colours...I have the thin stripy ones, so cheerful. Plus brown paper packaging and the card on the socks was attached with cotton not plastic tabs. Great attention to detail. Really hope they live up to my expectations. Thank you.

Found this company by accident. Very happy that I did. Great company culture. The use of bamboo is eye opening and it works. What a great material it is. The boxers are the most comfortable I have worn. Great feeling all day. Will be my go to brand moving forward.

I’m deeply upset I didn’t know about BAM sooner. I feel like a real fool having spent the last 34 years wandering around in standard uncomfortable underwear. BAM really has redefined what “comfortable” means for me. I look forward to exploring some of their other products too.

It is hard to find good quality organic workout clothes (in Europe/UK) but BAM seems to fill the void - unfortunately the clothes are hit and miss, in terms of sizing and fit, quality of fabric and durability. Over the course of a few years I had great experiences but also not so good ones: see-through leggings, sales items that fell apart after a few wears, inconsistent sizing and rather unresponsive customer service when bringing these issues up (at least for future improvement!). They could be worse but also so much better!

I kept wearing my partner's BAM hoodie so he bought me one for my birthday. I've been wearing it ever since! Soooooo comfy. It's unclear what I used to wear....
