What an excellent experience, after initially speaking to the manager about my very nervous 15 year old being measured, she then arranged for Peaches to do the fitting. She was an absolute star. She made my daughter feel completely at ease and we left with a very happy, confident, comfortable daughter and 3 new bras. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Thank you again to the amazing, welcoming staff. You have made loyal customers of us 😁

got measured,, the staff were so lovely and helpful. they reassured you if you had any concerns and they 100% knew what they were doing but if you didn’t agree, they would ensure you felt comfortable and would listen to what you say if you felt the bra was tight etc. the changing rooms were beautiful and absolutely spotless. had different light settings and a call button to ask for help/assistance! the staff were always aware of privacy and would ensure you felt calm the whole time if you were nervous. was served by a lovely girl called Peaches and she gave me lots of tips and pointed out sale items in the shop etc. first time going to the shop and will definitely be retuning :)

I saw a matching set i liked in but wasn’t sure of my size, Megan sized me up and made me feel so comfortable and wrote down my sizes for me. She was so informative about why i should use wash bags and why she i needed to try different seizes. would high recommend even just for a fitting.

Amazing! I love all Boux Avenue stores however I really felt like this one offers to most help out of anyone I've been to. The woman who measured me also helped me select some bras and then made sure they looked good on me. She was really attentive and I felt so comfortable for someone who normally feels shy in these situations. Such a wide range of differing products from PJ's and swimsuits to Bridal lingerie. As well as this they do a wide range of sizes. I've brought products here at 30E to 36G

Personally I think the service was brilliant, polite and lovely staff felt really welcomed and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The bras are lovely and look absolutely gorgeous such good quality. There’s a great atmosphere as soon as you enter the store and staff are really caring. Really couldn’t ask for a better store environment.

Lovely staff - very friendly and helpful, it was my grandaughters first visit and she came away with 3 bras, knickers, a gift set and me £70 lighter lol. Dont be fooled by the shops appearance, the prices arent that expensive and pretty much on a par with M&S , you get superb assistance from the staff and a beautifully packaged garment to take home with you. We were helped by Jaz, she was lovely and made me granddaughter feel really at ease.

I went into your store, head held low, the end of the summer holidays obviously taken their toll, I'm A mother of 4 with mental health problems, my bf was trying to cheer me up, up to entering this store his plan was not working and the thought of trying on bras devastated my confidence even more. Lynsey 341988 took me into the changing room and somehow in my vulnerable state of half nakedness managed to turn my mood completely around, she made me feel worthy, listened but didn't judge, found me some awsome bras for my shape, didn't rip me off, didn't mention my uncontrolled sweating from my anxiety, calmed me down by talking about similar interests. I just really wanted to tell you that the half hour spent in this shop with this lady really opened up my eyes how shopping should be done, I've never walked into posh shops as I don't feel worthy, it was quite the pretty woman experience for me it really was. I had previously been into M&S and that experience was awful. Lynsey made me feel so good by the time I walked out of that shop I was already wondering how I could rate my experience with her. So I'm basically saying if you give bonuses or medals for customer service I'd really appreciate her being showered in love because that's how she made me feel that day and it shouldn't go unnoticed. Because of her I will happily send all of my friends and family to that store to get measured up for your gorgeous bras. Thanks for listening, please pass on my sincere thanks. Anna white.

This shop was reccomend to me by my best friend .it's such a lovely shop and has a huge choice of underwear for young women from teens to adults .the ladies who work in here are lovely and very helpful.if you are looking for a daily bra or one that's just that bit special you should find it here.There is a measuring service and you don't need to book, you just walk in and the ladies help you find something you will like and advise you on your choice .I took my teenage daughter in here and she was so happy ! I would reccomend a visit .there is no pressure to buy even if you get measured.

Charlotte who fitted me was so helpfull and patient as unsure of my right size but found a perfect fit and the bras are really high quality Will be going back to purchase more in future

Love this shop, get measured and wear the perfect bra that actually feels comfortable, the prices are a little steep though.
