Great quality clothes which last. Even better when you can get them in a sale and there is one on right now. Unfortunately most of the ladies trousers don't seem to come in different leg lengths so for the taller lady they are often too short (unless you like ankle grazers). I do like their jumpers and hoodies and they come in a large range of colours.

FatFace in Plymouth were very kind to myself and my wife today. They offered to pay for our parking and give us a free coffee at Starbucks just for coming into their shop. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size, so I didn’t feel I could accept their kind offer, but it was such a nice gesture. Thank you!

Really love Fat Face clothing but as with all clothing stores there is about ¼ of the selection for menswear. Men do buy clothes too!! Really nice quality clothes that last for years and wash really well.

Actually spend a reasonable amount at fatface but usually at Tavistock branch, who by the way have excellent staff, but writing this due to Harriet in the Plymouth Drake Circus branch. Visited looking for Christmas presents (ps fatface head office, your competition have already extended exchange policies, please catch up!) anyway, Harriet assisted and was fantastic. Originally we were gonna spend on 1 item but Harriet politely informed us of the offer, spend 75 save 10/100 save 15/150 save 25. Harriet without being pushy, totally professional and friendly suggested other items and succeeded in up selling us. If it weren’t for the restrictive exchange policy we would also of bought a pair of shoes and spent more than 150. But, well done and Thankyou Harriet. Also very impressed you remembered our last visit a couple of moths ago, remembering what we purchased. Will defo return and we recommend Harriet to anyone. (An asset to fatface and a reason not to shop online)
