Visit this shop everytime I Visit Plymouth each year and it is always stocked with current and classic items from clothes shoes bags. Love this place

I rarely shop in Flannels because I feel as if the security staff are waiting to pounce, like they assume everyone is going to steal. My son loves the shop as they sell the high end designer clothing he likes. The store is very clean and tidy. The staff are exceptionally polite and the clothes are always placed in excellent quality bags.

Large selection from all major designer brands and lots of stock in most sizes. Great service from Marley the sales girl that was on 3rd floor when we visited, very helpful.

One of the few boutiques that offer such a wide range of high quality designer goods spread over 4 floors. Great range of items at a variety of different price points, and items can usually be obtained for quite a good price when they have a sale on.

Superb clothes and friendly service. The store was very quiet and immense for a quality brand name shop. I found some Happy Feet socks which I really like. My only gripes are that most of the clothing is for very slim people. I'm not large but found my size wasn't catered for from what I saw. I also felt I was being watched all the time which made me feel really uncomfortable.

Great store, have bought a couple of things here but certainly not for every day wear (for me anyway!). Well worth saving up a good chunk of money and going on a little spree!

Some good bargains to be had in the sale but watch out for wrongly marked items... my father in law bought a pair of trainers marked at £50 but were £70 at the till and they wouldn't honour at the time... I know they don't have too but Keith there has said they would now refund the difference.

1st time in shop, went to collect an online order and ended buying more items lol, service was excellent from both the 1st lady & gentleman... however I went off to look at the accessories for women, i was greated by a lovely young lady at the counter but was horrified to see her bitten nails & peeling off nail varnish whilst she was showing me pieces of jewellery I asked to look at... it's not a very good advert for such a high end store..& put me off abit making any further purchases, hence the 3 stars

One of the only retailers in Plymouth that stands out and has a unique appeal. No other store like it here. With good reason. Interesting to see what passes for a £300 t shirt or a £500 pair of jeans or a £1,000 jacket. I feel the (mens) fashion and style on display here is largely as bland and unimaginative as the high street dross cluttering Plymouth. A shame as I always hope "high fashion" will be more creative, smarter and more desirable. For me, stores like the (sadly defunct) The Sting and Jack Jones at their zenith had consistently better designs, the type I would pay the premium for in Flannels. But at the moment, all that's on display are premium badges. So it's a high fashion museum more than a go to for new clothes for me. Hopefully they will fill the style based mens fashion vaccum that has always existed in Plymouth. For now, I'll continue to travel to London for my yuppy and smart fitted threads.
