Pretty big primark with 2 floors with variety of home goodies, clothes from new born to old age. It's well stocked, very neat and tidy and easy to find whatever you are looking for. The floor staff are very helpful 🙂and there's always one close by for when you need help. The changing rooms are decent size and clean. With FREE WIFI in store as a bonus

For those who are looking for the very nice and different colours of clothes, it is the best choice in the shortest possible time , the best shop to buy everything for kids. Autumn 🍂 time and all clothes very Colourful in Primark.

Found what we wanted and had a good selection. Only one qualm, if a garment is in the reduced shelves, then they should sell it at that price and not for the original selling price. Visited large store (situated within shopping complex) offering wide range of clothes, shoes & other goods at very reasonable costs. Parking on site within complex. Searched specifically for garment which couldn't find & found assistant very obliging when asked her, despite her being busy. Store has escalator to lower floor & lifts 4 those with accessible needs. Changing rooms also available. Picked several garments off floor to replace on rails which other inconsiderate customers had knocked off & left; would suspect these very same customers to be ones to complain on store's mess, despite having helped caused such.

Very happy with my shopping experience. Sarah (staff) went above and beyond to help, by notify me when the mens memory foam trainers were in stock, sizes 6 ( difficult size to find for men) and 9, important to me, as the 9s were for a gent awaiting a hip replacement, and these are lightweight and easy to slip on/off.

Large range of good quality items at really good prices. I managed to buy 3 polo shirts, 2 t-shirts and 2 pairs of shorts for just £27. Admittedly, the shorts and t-shirts were same items, but it's still great value. Only downside is that all the staff look miserable! Is it really such a bad place to work?

Primark has smartened the store up and the shopping experience is now less hassle.During the sale period the shelves and racks have been disordered, but this is more to do with shoppers placing items back in random places. Queuing time reasonable and staff friendly enough. Purchasing is still lower cost than other places and most of the things are fair quality for the price.

I go there with my wife and she loves going here, I'm not that enthusiastic about the shop to be honest as I don't buy clothes here for myself but they do some nice kids clothes as decent prices so I can't complain in this regard. The only thing is the queue in this place, it goes right around the whole shop, that's if you can be bothered to queue up around the whole of of the Armada centre to get in the shop to begin with.

Always a good place to go when looking for cheap clothing for your holidays. Well pleased as good selection of casual shorts for evenings. Only downfall for me is that there is not a big enough selection for men. This I find in most clothes shops recently. Also need a bigger selection of evening wear for holidays. I was impressed today in the Plymouth store. By the caring actions of one of your staff. She helped an elderly customer with clothes selection. And then looked after him up to the till. She showed a lovely level of compassion and care. Well done to her. Wish it happened in other stores.

Always a pleasure shopping in Primark. They're doing their best to adhere to the social distancing getting customers to enter one way and leave another and getting staff to clearly advertise where the end of the queue is. Even though the queue went almost around the store it went down quickly and they even opened the returns tills to be able to take payments.

Early morning visit to Primark and not too busy. Found the area I wanted straight away thanks to the large clear signs. Large choice to choose from and layout seemed ideal as i wondered through picking out a new outfit. Store was clean and tidy. There was a queue to pay but didn't have to queue for very long, I was served in less than 5 minutes. Overall a good visit, in and out in less than 45 minutes with new summer outfit.

Went into Plymouth store today pay weekend and Xmas on way. I can't believe people where moaning at the staff for having to queue!!!! One lady!!!!! Was having a go at a member of staff for the length of the queue? How is it thier fault? The staff in there are always friendly polite and quick yes the queue was extra long but everyone gets served so quickly. A nice, clean, well kept Primark store which I find is hard to come by. This store has always been well presented whereas I have found other Primarks to quite frankly be a mess. It's a budget clothing shop at the end of the day, so you do lose out on quality but I think for pricing it is actually really good.

You get what you pay for! However, you can get some real bargains here. You need to be there at the right time. Primark is not only clothing. They also have a range of household goods which is worth looking at. Checkouts are kept fully manned but queues can be expected, especially on Saturdays and holidays.

It’s a budget store but the staff, especially the young male cashier today, was incredibly polite and professional. A lot of snooty premium brand clothing retailers could learn something from people like him. It exceeded my expectations. Didn’t get staff walking in front of you like the Truro store. Primark are not only changing their sizes and fitting of clothes for men and women, they also repeatedly change the store around. The queue for the changing rooms is too long and having only one set of changing rooms in the entire store is ridiculous. Men and women have to queue together with not enough staff to assist meaning men have to wait longer despite there being empty rooms. Not good when the rest of the family are waiting for them for ages in a busy and over heated store. Bad organisation but can no longer buy the clothes without trying them on cos there's no idea what will fit anymore. I've shopped in this store for years but I don't have the patience for them these days.

Love Primark! Have given only 3 stars though because I hate the baskets. The handles are too long, they're too uncomfortable to carry. If they had wheels on the bottom, they'd be much better! They're a really bad design because they're so unwieldy. The other downside is the sizing and availability of the clothes and products. Too many size 4 clothes and not enough size 16 and over. (What's THAT all about?!)

Possibly the smallest Primark my wife and I have ever visited. All on one level and not especially large. In fact you can see all 4 walls from most places in the store which may give you some indication of the size. It is still however full of bargains for all the family's needs.

A popular clothing retailer in Plymouth’s only Mall. A great selection of cheap high street fashion. It can get busy when paying but thankfully they have plenty of staff. The returns department have always been friendly and have a no trouble attitude which is great.

Primark in Plymouth is pretty much the same as other Primarks. The clothes and everything else is cheap and the shop employees are very nice too. Sadly, the whole place is let down by the usual assortment of chavs and chavesses who seem to think obeying the rules, such as queueing and social distancing, are for other people. As with a lot of places these days, if it weren't for the people, it would be great.

Love Primark!!! What else can I say but it's fantastic for clothes, shoes and bedding. One of the only reasonable priced stores that offer super king cotton bedding. Only drawback is the boys range of clothing is slightly limited which does seem to be a trend in most stores.

It is really good and there is amazing prices and members of staff they make efforts to make you a experience of a life time . The only suggestion I would make is to have more baskets available to their customers - maybe at the bottom of the escalators as well as the entrance doors

Primark is probably one of the busiest retailers at Drakes Mall Plymouth, I have always found the best time to visit is during school hours and as early as possible. Primark offers a range of cut price clothing, footwear, and modern home wares. Not the most ideal shop for prams and wheelchair users, although they do have an internal lift in operation. Staff are helpful and willing to assist, however, I have overheard some talking negatively about other staff members, swearing during conversations and a bit of clowning around. Overall, Primark is so good for bargains and is surrounded by other retailers, such as, Marks & Spencer, HMV, H & M, and Drake's Jewellers to name but a few. Toilets, parking facilities, takeaways and coffee shops all available within the mall also.

Visited this store a number of times since starting university. Primark is truly excellent for value and it doesn't surprise me so many students regularly shop here. Sometimes Primark sells products that I wouldn't expect to be sold there. From a dual USB wall charger to an extendable arm for holding phones and tablets, there are some great utensils and tools available for a low price.

Plymouth's Primark is housed within Drake Circus. It is huge! It's very good for the essentials and the staff are helpful and friendly. While it is still possible to find bargains in Primark, I feel that many of their goods are no longer as inexpensive as they once were.

A fairly big clothes shop with two floors in the centre of Plymouth. I know people turn their noses up at primarks because of they're cheap range of clothes, but a lot of people use the shop exactly for that reason because its affordable and a massive range of seasonal clothing. The shop itself is not cluttered or cramped, it is fairly wide open with plenty of room to manoeuvre. It does get busy at times during the day so I would suggest morning or late afternoon if you need breathing space. All in all primarks is must shop for most of the population who cannot afford the luxury of posh shops.
