I was served today by Callum. Tall guy. Absolute top bloke. He went above and beyond for me even when the shop was busy and he seemed to be the only member of staff around to assist. He was on the till and I enquired about new chino tan style shorts that he could offer me. I have had my previous pair of superdry chino tan shorts for maybe 10 years now and they're only now starting to look tired and tatty. Such good quality and durability. Callum couldnt find the shorts I like in the size I wanted but he was more than happy to take his time to find me the correct size and colour shorts that I required. Even in-between serving other customers where he had suggested items to me as alternatives that they currently had in store to look at and try on, Callum always serving with a big smile and eagerness to make sure that everyone in-store was attended too and happy. It was a busy store but Callum handled it like a pro. He found the shorts I wanted available in my size online and even at discounted price which was more than I ask for initially. Callum really deserved the recognition I have given and having worked in retail myself for many years I know how challenging it can be especially post covid where all retailer's are struggling for top notch colleagues.

The staff at the Superdry Store in Plymouth are really lovely. I always have a really good experience when I go in - they are friendly and always helpful and take time to talk to you. I buy a lot of Superdry clothing because of the quality and feel, I shop online quite a lot, but return items in store. I have some health difficulties and have a sensory issue to noise which can make it difficult with background music. So I tend to shop when it is quieter in the shopping mall. When I returned an item yesterday the young lady who served me remembered who I was and turned the music down for me whilst she served me.... I was blown away by this, and so very grateful. She deserves a medal. It is not often that you come across a staff member who will remember and take this kind of initiative, without being asked, she is an asset to the store. I have no idea of her name but she was working on Wednesday 7th at about 5pm on the ground floor. Staff like this young lady are valuable to a store as they are promoting inclusivity which at the moment is very precious as there is a lot of exclusivity from large chains, due to the restrictions in place. The store is welcoming and friendly so thank you for being a big chain who are inclusive in this way! xxx

Very aesthetically pleasing store. All the clothes are size ordered and well folded, which is down to the vigilance and hard work of the staff. Never ever had a problem finding my size, as they do a fantastic job of keeping sizes in stock. The student discount they offer is just the icing on the cake! Overall I'd recommend highly.

I'm 67.....I don't think I should like Superdry! But I do. Very much. Lovely staff and cool music. I used to get a lot of Ted Baker stuff and occasionally still do but Superdry is so much cheaper and still good quality. I don't get the huge embossed Superdry stuff but you can find items with a more subtle emblem. Brilliant

I really love the colour optioNs for the new cars, the black and electric blue go well together. The leatHer and carbon fibre interior is verY nice and I liked theway the hazard lights flashed And I like how shiny and reflective the Matte black is and I like thE colour of the rims and I like the colour of the wings. I'm a big fan off superdry, but this store gets its five star due to there customer service the range is ideal based over two floors for men and woman items change with seasons so there is always something for all year round

Can i ask why you fold your hoodies why can't they be hung? It's annoying when you go in looking for a hoodie and you feel you can't look properly due to fact there all folded neatly I felt I couldn't fully look properly because I had to pull the hoodies out and I couldn't put them away because off how neatly put they was folded and put and felt eyes was on me watching my every move!
