After reading other reviews I'm surprised that the staff have a bad reputation I personally thought they were funny and helpful during my multiple visits. But maybe I'm just the kind of customer they prefer? I'd say listen to the other reviews but I personally had s good time and they treated me well.

The staff are amazing. I was offered a fitting as I didn't know my size and the experience couldn't be better. Had a lovely chat with both women in the store and left really happy. Will return! 😊

We went to the Preston branch today. Two fabulous ladies working there both were incredibly helpful. 30/10/22

got an out fit from hear; leotard and net stockings for my first photo shoot for pole fitness, and wanted something flattering, as i have lost over 3 stone doing pole fit. its good they have a dressing room to try clothing on as somethings just did not work with my body shape. the staff are ok but not much love for there job, a smile and acknowledgment would be nice, i felt under suspicion, i know some people steal, childish and play with things est, but not all customer are like that. but overall if you want to treat your self, i defo recommend going in :)
