It was lovely to walk in and find a comfortable environment with attentive staff, who were more than happy to ensure I was properly measured and that the bras provided the appropriate fit.
You are spoiled for choice with something for everyone, and all sizes catered for. There's also the opportunity to order other styles and colours if you want something a bit different, or to go with a certain outfit. If you're looking for nice bridal underwear, or a glamorous bathing suit, I'd definitely give Essentials a try. The prices aren't the cheapest, but you certainly get what you pay for and a nice silhouette to match.
