I don’t normally do this but I feel on this occasion I need to. Mark started the process and he was fantastic. The review is all about molly. She was fantastic with us all she even came in on her day off to make sure my suit fitting for my wedding was right. They couldn’t of done any more for us and I could not recommend them enough go in and ask for molly. Will use again with out a doubt she made the experience so easy it really was fantastic.

Visited last week with a friend to buy 2 suits and were helped by Selena. Customer service we received was amazing and selena went above and beyond what was required to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Visited again today and Molly and the store manager (didnt catch his name) were just as good. Not many stores out there with such well trained staff. Will definitely be returning again.

Mark was very helpful. I don't normally do reviews but Mark deserves 5 stars for his honest, humorous and insightful assistance when I bought a suit recently for my daughter's forthcoming wedding.

I originally purchased a suit from the Trafford Centre branch. I came to the Preston store to help a family member look for suit i was surprised to see the level of customer care and attention to detail offered in the preston store in comparison to where I purchased my suit from. So much so that I tried on another suit and was advised to get a different type of fit based on my build, which was not offered to me at the Trafford centre. The manager, Mark, was extremely friendly and super helpful. I came back the next day and returned my original suit in exchange for a much better fitting one, thanks to Marks expertise and help. In short, if you're looking to get a suit I would highly recommend visiting the Preston Moss Bros.

My partner left buying his and his groomsmen suits until the last minute, in the busiest year for weddings. Mark at Moss Bro Preston literally did everything he could to get us what we wanted. He was honest and didn’t over promise for a sale - which when planning a wedding is everything. We went with a Plan B for our suits as the ones we wanted weren’t available at the time and might not be before the wedding. Plan A did become available and Mark was straight on the phone to let me know so I could swap over. Couldn’t recommend enough for customer service and the suit range available is great. Something for everyone.

Came in to the store needing 7 suits for a wedding on 19th Feb 2022. Mark (Preston) did his absolute best (left no stone unturned) to source the right sizes for all of us and ensured that the suits will be with us well before the wedding date. Overall, really great guy and awesome customer service. Suit shopping can be a right pain, especially in today's times, but Mark made sure that we were all happy with our order. He is an asset to Moss Bros Preston, would definitely recommend his service.

Excellent service from Mark, Zahid and Adam, they made the experience of buying a suit for my son an absolute pleasure. They were very knowledgeable about their products, patient with our indecision and friendly. Well worth a trip from Cumbria even gave us a recommendation for somewhere to have lunch! Highly recommend! I visited Moss today in need of my first suit for an upcoming wedding. Kieran was professional and friendly from the moment I walked in the door but was not at-all pushy. He left me to browse some great recommendations and once I had chosen he measured me up and helped me choose the right items. Kieran really knows his stuff and has a great sense of style. I entered knowing nothing about suits and left fully kitted out with a great quality suit that fits perfectly and was a very reasonable price. Fantastic experience!

I visited Moss Bros in search of a suit for my wedding, not only were the suits high quality, but the service was excellent! The assistant took my measurements, brought a variety of different sizes and fits of the suit I was interested in, as well as gathering a full outfit for me to try on with the suit. A great choice for suits and semi-formal clothes from mid to high end.

Amazing experience on 19/06/21. After a terrible experience at Slaters came here and even though they were busy, we were quickly seen by Kieran whose expertise was second to know and we were really treated to a 5* experience. Well done Moss Bros

Remarkable, friendly service. Range of prices. Designer brands. If you want to get a suit you can go anywhere, but if you want one fitted to you, do what I did and go to Moss. The staff there worked with me to pick the right suit for my occasion and it fits me perfectly. Much better than the other places around.

Great staff, really good advice when it comes to suit choices, I went in without the jacket I was trying to match, then I showed them the pictures of me in the suit and he instantly knew which jacket I was talking about grabbed a spare one and then gave me help to match shirts and pants to match. First member of staff we dealt with was quite frankly rude and abrupt. We were sent to a different floor where we dealt with a young gent who was very helpful and got us fitted for some suits for a wedding in no time at all, with just the right amount of small talk

Helpful staff, not the biggest range of stock. Had to pick my third choice suit because they didn't have the others in my size, the one I picked was damaged also, but they offer a free tailoring service to repair this.

After visiting several Moss Bros for wedding suits this is by far the most professional and where you will get a bespoke service. If you have to drive slightly further to get to Preston it is worth the drive, the staff are professional and will ensure your treated in the manner you’d expect preparing for a wedding.
