I have never been in Preston and didn't know of this store until I was searching online for a Creenstone jacket I had seen online - but not in my size. A websearch brought up Novello and I contacted them with a query about size. I had the fastest answer ever to an online query from Hannah giving excellent advice. I placed my order quickly and had confirmation minutes later that it had been processed, followed soo after by another message to say that it had been posted. It arrived at my house in Scotland before 10 am the next day!. I am delighted with my purchases and very impressed with the service I received. I regularly order online and often get good service, but this exceeds any other firm for cheerful courteous and efficient service. The range of clothing on offer is very good. I am sure to return to the site.

Thus is a local family run shop and I am proud to support local businesses . The staff are friendly and extremely helpful - nothing is too much trouble and the range of clothes caters for various age groups and tastes. Pop in and take a look, they don't pressure you into buying and are very welcoming.

A real find for the avid clothes shopper on any budget. The shop has a wonderful family feel about it, nothing is too much trouble and the quality of the products is nothing short of amazing. It is a little goldmine for presents for my wife, mother-in-law, mum, sister and friends - mainly because the buying is exceptional - unique ranges and all price levels. I hate shopping - except at Novellos - where I have my own loyalty card now! Well done all - keep it going and congratulations on (almost) 100 years!! :))))
