I visited this store last week for a fitting. Having put on weight due to medication I was feeling very down and not at all feminine. Historically bra fittings can be an unpleasant situation but my experience in Reading was wonderful, Theresa was wonderful and I left with a fabulous bra and feeling very womanly and sexy!!! Thanks you Bravissimo I have found my happy place!

Such lovely staff! I was in there for HOURS. I normally cannot handle bra shopping because nothing seems to fit right and it takes me so long I get flustered and leave without buying. I’m really, really fussy so it has been years since I’ve bought a new bra. However the staff were amazing - very helpful with fitting and didn’t pressure me. And I have finally left with what feels like the first bra that has ever actually fit me properly. Yay! Highly recommend.

Friendly helpful staff but the larger bras need padding too, I feel there could be a more diverse selection. Great swimwear selection though

Went in today for the first time for a fitting. Assima was lovely and knew her stuff and made me feel totally comfortable and at ease. Then the lady at the till gave me some advice on how to wash the bras properly. A really lovely experience, professional, efficient and all staff were friendly and accomodating.

Looks like a small shop but when you go in turns out there is a bigger area upstairs. Experience was great from greeting to payment. I went in to try a different size of a bra bought at another store a couple of days previously. The fitter had recommended the smaller size but it felt a bit too restrictive at the time and after I tried it home it felt a bit loose so I went in to check again how the smaller band felt. I was OK in it and Beth helped me with some fitting advice and agreed it was a better fit. Exchange was quick and I left happy with my new bra.

I had a great experience at Bravissimo. I was 11 weeks post partum when I went in so my body had changed a lot and the shop assistants were all so kind and helpful. I had a fitting and my bra size was at the lower end of the sizes they stock and therefore not every style came in my size and unfortunately the stock in the store room was low. The staff provided me with some recommendations however and I've ended up finding the perfect bra on their website and the size they suggested is perfect. 5 stars for the staff, 1 star knocked off for lack of stock which is more of a company issue.

If you are curvey in any way this store is for you. They do bras in sizes that I didn't know existed. The staff are wonderful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly helping you find the size right for you in any brand. They also used to do amazing clothes for the curvey but have stopped unfortunately, but that has not to do with this store and how wonderful they are.

Excellent service from start to finish. Even through the difficulty of social distancing measures, I managed to leave with two perfectly fitted bras. The two ladies that helped me (one for the fitting and the other who served me at the till) were so so lovely! The only downside is that there weren't many options available in the store on display so you can't freely browse to find a set you like.

Absolutely amazed with my purchases, so pleased my partner got me vouchers for Xmas. Only got round to going to spend them today. Never shopped here before today and I can honestly say I was blown away with everything from the service when I walked in to the lovely girl that fitted me ( with no tape measure!) then to the equally lovely girl at the till. Beautiful shop, nice atmosphere, lovely underwear. I can’t believe I have only just discovered them, I’ve never had such a good fit. I will not be buying my underwear anywhere else from now on.

So thrilled I finally decided to visit Bravissimo. I just always had the impression they were pricey but the prices match the comfort and the quality and were still way cheaper than I was expecting! I wish I got the name of the lovely girl who fitted me, she had ginger hair and such an amazing personality! Really went the extra mile to know I was leaving with something that I wasn’t going to come back with due to it being uncomfortable or the wrong style etc. Honestly couldn’t be happier, thank you so much!

I went for a bra fitting and the lady who fitted me was absolutely fantastic. It was definitely the best bra fitting experience I've ever had. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I ended up walking away with not only the bra I was looking for, but several others as well! I returned later to look at the clothes and they didn't disappoint either. The two ladies in the shop were fantastic; very helpful but not pushy at all. Having a bigger bust, I usually struggle to find shirts and dresses that fit well, but there were plenty of options and I am very happy with my purchases.

Absolute over the moon with the service here. Went for a fitting and came away with more than I was hoping for! Dedicated fitters who know what they are talking about, my fitter was excellent and didn't push for a sale, only interested in making sure I knew what my size was and what I needed to do to make sure whatever I bought was correct. Totally recommend this place to all women who aren't sure of their size, taking my mum to get fitted now as I haven't stopped raving! Prices are a little higher but I'm happy to pay it when I know what I'm wearing is correct and more importantly, comfortable!

I had my 1st bra fitting today at Bravissimo and it was a great experience, the sales fitter was friendly and knowledgeable, I knew I was wearing the wrong size bra but not just how far out I was! I recommend any woman to go and get fitted. I bought two bras and I'm very happy indeed. Worth while.

An amazing shopping experience! Having worn 34DD for 12 years and never quite felt comfy!! Belinda took one look and said I needed a 30 band size! Some time later, with Belinda showing the patience of a Saint, I left with 4 lovely bras in a size 30G!! Excellent, professional, customer service!

Best shopping experience I've ever had! As someone with a small back and large cup size underwear and swimwear shopping is usually a stressful and fruitless task, however the ladies at this store were so knowledgeable and attentive I left with exactly what I wanted first time.

My assistant, Julia, was awesome and must have lost 1/2 a stone running back and forth, with so many bras. This is the only chain of shops I have used for bra's in well over 20 years. Nowhere else has fitting like this for ANY well endowed lady. I give it 6 out of 5 stars today!!!!! 😃

Popped in here today after looking at their gorgeous selection of bikinis online this morning. As usual I was expecting to find nothing in my size (32H) and all to look horrendous on me. Oh how I was so wrong! The first bikini I picked out and tried on was stunning!! The wonderful ladies helped me find my size with no fuss. I have never looked and felt so good in a bikini in my life! This shop revolutionised my comfort and well being. The bras are stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff know exactly what they are talking about and can offer expert advice on thw best fit etc. As a large chested girl it feels good to get a bit of my femininity back instead of being in ugly bras that don't fit nice. The store is pleasant, second floor behind Cath kidson and gives a secure feeling while browsing.

Honesty the best place I've ever been for a bra fitting. The staff were so lovely and they honestly cared about making the experience nice for the customer, I actually cried when I finally was wearing the right size bra it was just so amazing finally finding a shop that had my size! Excellent product. But the changing rooms need seating, and mayne some magazines, as every time the fitter goes off to get stick, you stand in this empty, soulless cubicle for 5-10 minutes like a lemon. Not sure I would return..
