R. C.I’ve started shopping in Hollister recently mainly because the mens jeans seem to be my current fit. They also keep their stretch through a number of washes. Just got a pair of black slim fit (not skinny) jeans in the store at The Oracle. Now for the store. It’s … different. From the outside it is more like a late night under the arches nightclub. How do I get in? Once you walk in the store is compact but jammed with clothing goodness. Can normally find at least a couple items that I ‘want’. But. Why 4 stars? Here we go. The lighting in the store is very low level/dark. I like that. But the problem is the changing rooms are dark lit. I tried on a pair of black jeans (or so I thought) and could not tell the colour. Don’t know about you but when I try something on I want to be able to see it clearly in good light. Don’t let this put you off though. I just bought arguably the best pair of black jeans I currently own with nice black washed colour and really good fit and stretchy. And all for £29.95. Wore them last night. Have now ordered another 2 pairs. Highly recommended. @Hollister - change the fitting room lighting and you get 5+ stars.

L. J.Quite a unique looking shop inside. Definitely geared to the 13 - 17 year market, which was great as I was looking for a gift for a friends' 15 year old son. They had a sale on and the items were quite nice and we were in and out in a matter of minutes.
A. C.Really like Hollister clothing but as a larger built male, there clothes do not really fit. This was a friendly store, not as dark as they usually are.
J. H.Hollister sell the only jeans I like. Although most of them are jeggings and not real denim, they last 2yrs+ with constant wear. Other clothes I've bought here are also very good quality. This particular store is cramped and awkwardly laid out, moving around is annoying as it's always busy. The store is generally a mess too on the weekends but staff are friendly and helpful.

A. B.Despite my misgivings about the parent company, and the layout of the store, and the slightly too loud music, and the overpriced merch... Well you get the idea. That being said, I am fully accepting that I'm not the target demo for this shop. I stumbled in looking for a gift for a relative, and the staff were spectacularly friendly and helpful. There are worse places you could be sent to shop in reality.
A. P.Nice collection of tshirts and jackets. Quality of the loth is really good. Price is also moderate and there are few offers for club members where if you are lucky you can find some great deals. Staff is also very helpful there in Reading Hollister. Because of the quality and price I like to visit them time to time.

J. S.Quality of clothing is lovely. I purchased a lot of knitted jumpers for the winter and I basically live in them! I’ve always bought top shop jeans but I’ve been converted and I live in my Hollister jeans now! They would have 5 stars but they need to sort out the till area. Waiting 30+ minutes to buy something is not acceptable, there are 4 tills and normally only one person on them when there’s 5+ people waiting? There’s no queue area so you get people queuing from every side because there’s clothes in the way it’s just really confusing! Please sort a system out to where customers can understand where to queue from.
