I had a great shopping experience today. I didn't know what style of Levi jean would suit me. I took a few pairs into the changing room and with the help of salesperson 674145, I left the shop with the perfect pair of Jeans. The jeans I chose were slightly to long and she said that within the hour she could take them up for me, and it was done as promised. One very happy customer

Went in to buy jeans, but didnt know which one is what i would like. Btw one of the staff (sadly didnt catch her name) was really helpful, attentive and answered all of my questions. Definitely excellent service. And im really satisfied about the jeans as well. 6⭐:)

Went in to buy my first pair of levis in a very long time. Unsure of my size length or style but was generously assisted by the on floor store manager who had me try several pairs till I'd found the absolutely perfect pair of jeans. I didn't quite catch his name, I think it was Matt. Thank you so much for your time and patience! All the staff were super helpful and attentive, the changing rooms are well lit and roomy. Definitely the best customer care experience I've experienced in some time:)

Store is very well presented and representative of a premium brand. The staff member who served me today was very professional and they were able to convert some sales from a customer who was a just a casual browser. Didn't catch their name but they are are currently studying BioMed at the UoR if management are reading this
