Buying a suit for our very muscular 16 year old for school prom. Three visits so far as the tailoring to make the suit for better went wrong and their response to the issue has been less than good this far.

Went into Moss Bros in Reading for my wedding suit. Luke has been an absolute star; from styling to tailoring and the rest. He has been patient with me and all my many questions, and his advice has been so very much appreciated. I will certainly be returning for any future suit-related shopping or tailoring I may need.

From walking in the store the staff were very friendly and professional. Ordered a suit to my measurements, only took two and a half weeks to arrive. Quality of the suit is excellent. Outstanding customer service from Matt and all his team. Will be back when I need another one.

I went in twice over the weekend; the Saturday to work out which suit could work for my wedding, and then on the Sunday with all my groomsmen for us to get measured and fitted. Great experience from start to finish, Altan was on hand along with the other staff to be as helpful as possible, giving advice when needed but also ensuring everyone felt comfortable in their suits. These were only off the shelf suits, but great service all round. They also ordered the suits on Sunday and they arrived today (Monday). Would recommend to anyone for off the shelf suits, good quality and great prices.

Products are amazing, had an opportunity to visit Reading store, and customer service was horrible, I’ve been told to wait, two staff members were just looking after one customer, I wasn’t asked or I need any help selecting products, when asked a question, I had an answer with not very welcome expression. If you looking for good quality products it’s a good place, but if you need advice selecting products you should think about different place.

Great selection of suits and lovely customer service. Very helpful and they also offer tailoring. They can also make you bespoke suits, if you want the lining to be different as well as a variance of buttons. I highly recommend if it's a custom suit you want for a decent price. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was after "birdseye" fabric but they had literally everything else.
