J. S.Hand if you would like a bit of instant cash. The downside is that it is £4 for 10 kilos and all the clothes must be in a reusable condition, otherwise they won't take them. 10 kilos is a lot of textiles, a large bin bag crammed full is 10 kilos.
L. W.ABC cash 4 cloths are very handy to have also the two girls that are normally there are very very friendly, helpful kind and generous if I could of give them more more stars I would certainly do so I recommend them to ANYONE who needs a extra bit of cash for your clothes top notch service
B. I.40p per kg and staff was polite and explained how it worked. I’m happy I could give a second home to my clothes as well as kitchen cutlery and books.
C. J.Offered 40p/kilo which is better than nowt. Place a bit tricky to find for sure. It is on the corner of Empress rd and Empress rd leading to Dukes rd. Small doorway on left. Staff seemed ok to me but they will look through bags so no trying to sneak bad quality items in.
P. R.Phoned ahead to check they were open and a polite young lady answered and talked me through the process when I asked how it worked. She met me at the entrance with a young man (who took all my bags out of my boot for me) and they weighed my bags. It all came to £14.77 and they even gave me £15. Very sweet! Would use again!
S. W.I've used this place a few times now. It's great for stuff you want out of the house. They're really strict on stains or marks on clothes so make sure everythings clean. They don't take socks but do take bags (including suitcases) and accessories like belts and ties.
R. H.Simple enough really. Bring your unwanted/unused clothes in a bag, make sure they're clean, they weigh them and pay you. 50p per KG.
No underwear or socks. They did accept some of my old caps.
H. G.Had loads of junk to get rid of, but I don't drive. They picked my stuff up for free, AND I got money out of it! Understandably not a lot when you sell stuff by weight as opposed to pricing it up individually, but the money I got back was money I would have spent on a taxi getting to their store. Hopefully, I'll never have to get rid of this much stuff again, but I'll definitely use this service again if I do.
