When entering the store there was an older lady who I guess is meant to greet people. My friend and I only felt like she looked us up and down in disgust, so my first impressions weren't great. There was a lot of things out of stock that I wanted, but did get 2 items I liked. Please employ people who make you feel good when entering your store.

Had a fitting with Francesca on the 8th October and I can't speak more highly of her service. Going into the appointment I was a little nervous as I hadn't had a fitting in years aswell as the fact my body had changed over the pandemic, so I was learning to love my new body with the help of some retail therapy. She made me feel comfortable straight away, acted professional when it came to adjusting and picking the right size and gave me some useful tips along the way. During the appointment she made me aware she was new and I couldn't believe it! She was such a natural when it came to customer service and selling the garments. I hope her all the best in her career at Boux Avenue and I hope her management team see's this comment. Thanks again lovely, I will be back for your spring collection!

I went in over the weekend and ended up being helped by Juliette who was so helpful and professional. By helping me with a visual check I discovered I was wearing the wrong size and style bra and she filled me with so much confidence. Super super kind and really appreciate all of her help!!

I would like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to a very kind lady by the name of Jane who works in the Southampton store. As soon as I entered the store she immediately welcomed me and asked if I needed any assistance, which yes I did. I can honestly say that everything I asked for she found for me, the correct size, colour etc. I honestly thought this type of assistance was long gone, but thankfully Jane has restored this for me and she made my shopping experience a wonderful thing. I would HIGHLY recommend the Southampton store and I hope this is passed on to the lady. Thank you again From a Very Happy Customer

Staff always very helpful. Bra fitting really good. Its nice to see staff who care about customer service and getting the right fitting bra for someone who might not know what to look for. I spent a lot of time here trying on different styles to see what felt most comfortable. Love their reward system too and can be used online

Nice lingerie shop. The staff are friendly and approachable. My wife is a regular customer and finds them very helpful. There is also a good range of styles and prices on offer for a lot of differing shapes and sizes.

Have some really nice Lingerie sets and really good sale items at the moment. Only reason for not giving a 5* is had to return a bra because the underwire popped out. But staff were understanding and we received a full refund.

The staff here are amazingly helpful and the underwear is a good fit. They've got offers on multiple purchases too, so makes it good value for money too. I think I may be abandoning M&S for good!

Jules was a star, I had been wearing both wrong back and cup size. She fixed that. Also my chest is now a wire-free zone and she helped me navigate the stores non-wored options with ease. Very happy!

I bought yet another sleep set in the sale and cannot wait to wear them tomorrow ! I got silk trousers and strappy silk top in cream and lace and for over the top a purple and cream flowery bed jacket in matching lace and see-through fabric to finish the affect !
