Wow! A little bit of London in Southampton? A large premium level store with all the top quality brand names you would expect to see… Christian Louboutin, Hugo Boss, Paul Smith, Vivian Westwood, Canada Goose, to name but a few. Clothing, footwear and a beauty/makeup section. Prices are obviously at the top end. (I saw a pair of trainers for over £700!) Plenty of helpful staff and security! It felt comfortable to be able to walk around and just look. Yes it is expensive but if your budget allows it then splash out.

First time to discover this and very happy with high end products in a PHYSICAL store! Most of all staff and security were very respectful and friendly, I don't understand previous complaints. I'm a person of colour and worry how I'm going to be treated in these places. Much better here than John Lewis and H&M where some staff are so stuck up it puts you off all their shops. Definitely worth a visit for special treats. And finally Mario Badescu!

If you are looking for the most popular, high value brands then look no further. Amazing line up of clothes, shoes and accessories. The store is relatively new and it feels like most of the staff are not up to speed/a little checked out. Hopefully this will change over time.

I had great experience in this store, clean spacious and well organized, felt relaxed and welcomed. Staff assisted me very well, friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me couple options. Also offered some extra other options to match my purchase. I could see management have been friendly and nice with the staff, nothing like I read one of the below feedbacks. Everyone smiling and worm. I will Come back after payday! Yes, it is expensive to shop, but if you are looking for something this kind of level..., you get the best price in the market, I have compared with a couple of designers websites.

I liked the large shoe selection, but there wasn't a lot of selection in handbags nor womens clothes. Womens clothes were mostly hoodies, sweatpants and puffy/trench coats, it was hard to find anything else. Found only a small handful of dresses and smartwear, and even less standard tops. Not as much of a variety as on the website.

Queued to get in about 15-20 mins. Firstly your security guy needs some new trousers that fit, half mast and skint tight. Looked a right state. So we eventually get in ! Well presented store and nicely laid out. High end brands big kids selection nice accessories and mens n ladies. Stone island a plenty which is going to dent John Anthonys locally. Off white / palm angels / d squared there all there. Someone in an earlier review mentioned the saying Nouveau Riche ! 💯 correct Wannabe footballers and plumbers made good. Maybe a load of old flannel - mike ashley the man that tried to ruin a great football club watp 🇬🇧 .

Pretty store, an interesting visit. Staff were attentive, if a-little excited to serve but is that a bad thing? not sure. Nice to see some more luxury stores moving out of London. A tad too Nouveau Riche for me though.

The prices here are certainly very high but it's a nice shop with lovely things in it . I bought something not so expensive and it happened to be half price as well which was lovely !!

Absolutely amazing shop! Staff are so friendly! Took me a while to pick out what I wanted and she walked me around the store and showed me anything I pointed out!
