New look not as good as it used to.be Make it more attractive will help.

Appears that in moving their shop they appears to have downsized in order to focus on Women's and Girls. Gone is the men's section and the shoes section appears to have shrunk considerably to fit at the back of the shop. Shop itself does appear to be very popular with helpful staff on hand to ensure you leave a happy customer

This is the first time I've been in this New Look since they moved to a different part of the shopping centre. The staff instantly get 5 star! I feel bad voting down a star and the only reason I've done so is that the new store is so cramped its impossible to find anything. I knew exactly what I wanted (online browser) and saw it was meant to be in stock in this store. I searched the store and couldn't find it so went outside to check my phone just to be sure. I went back in and chatted to the lovely ladies behind the till who found the item (hidden behind stock that was not at all similar) but the size I needed was nowhere to be found. I showed the ladies my phone and even they were baffled as to where this correctly sized item could be hiding. Eventually it was found and sorted but it did take some time. So yea simply put; staff great and went out of their way to help, but store far too small for that much stock.

New Look has a variety of clothing options suited for everyone. When it came to finding the clothing items I wanted or needed, they were pretty easy to find. Some of the pieces would be missing various sizes so I couldn't always find an item in my size.

The lady who served me was jolly and happy to engage in a little small talk, simply asking how my day has been went a long way. Not a great fan of the clothing selection can be a bit hit & miss but at least the staff are friendly!

Very tasty. Good size meaty burger in a bun, plus chips, faultless. Also this restaurant was on the top level, overlooking all the other restaurants and not so noisy. Very relaxing. Worth every penny.

Huge New Look with a wide range of clothes, shoes, make up, accessories and homeware. Staff are fairly friendly and they normally have a unidays discount available. Menswear and teen sections are both fairly big too.

New look is my favourite clothe shop although was let down a little on this trip as we were stood waiting in a queue for about 10 minutes while only 2 people were serving and other staff walking behind the tills and leaving. We went on a Thursday morning so wouldn't have expected it to be busy

Very crowded store and a struggle to get round in a wheelchair. Has mens, ladies and plus sizes. Waited at men cash desk for 5mins to be told the tills were closed there and to go to ladies wear tills. (A sign saying that would have helped). Few working on tills so long wait.

Southampton store within West quay was very chaotic with clothes strewn on the floor as though a stampede had taken place. This was disheartening as I am quite new to shopping in fashion stores and could not find what i was looking for in their Curves range as the displays were confusing. I have enjoyed my previous visits to both the Preston stores in my hometown and hope that they remain better organised than West quay which ought to be a flagship in a premium location.
