I just wanted to say what a lovely store this was and how grateful I am, particularly to Jess. She was very patient in understanding my need for an outfit for a friends wedding this Summer. She asked lots of questions about what type of outfits I had previously worn & loved for special events, and what colours I liked. I don’t shop often but now am keen to go back in and ask to be helped by Jess in the future. She even offered to email me the receipt which was brilliant as I try to save on paper waste. Keep up the great work Jess! Phase Eight should be proud to have her working for them.

Lucy at West Quay couldn't have been more helpful in securing a dress I loved but was not available online or in that store. She called my nearest supplier and secured the dress in Dorchester. Both stores were short staffed but called me back when they had a few minutes. Wonderful service.

I can’t rate the ladies in Phase Eight Westquay Southampton highly enough. They went above & beyond to help me with sourcing a blouse after the order I had placed was cancelled. I contacted head office & was very disappointed with the person I spoke to very unwilling to help or offer a solution. I spoke to Rosa in the Westquay store & had a totally different response. I will definitely be visiting this store again, great customer service keep it up.

Bought an amazing pair of winter boots from this store - helped by the nicest staff. Last time I visited this store there was a discreet sign next to the till mentioning that they had been nominated for a store team award - I can definitely see why - friendly, courteous and warm - they couldn't have done more to help me.

Came into West Quay today 20/6/21, was assisted by a young lady called Jess, she was very helpful with a dress,made me feel like I was the only one in the shop. I was then served, on the till, by a friendly lady called Eileen. Amazing staff will definitely revisit this store again. Thank you

My wife was shopping for a wedding outfit and we visited Phase Eight, we were served by a young lady called Grace, she was supper helpful and couldn’t help my wife enough, nothing was too much trouble, after being concerned to be out in a large shopping environment Grace completely put my wife at ease, helped her choose an outfit, customer service you can only dream of. This young lady deserves a pay rise, will definitely be visiting again, many thanks.
