A. M.I love Urban Outfitters, such a quirky shop, as well as clothes you can find other little oddities. Nice decor and a clear commitment to equality. I am probably too old to get away with wearing their clothes but my niece loves to shop here.
P.All staff unbelievably kind to my granddaughter when she was taken ill in the store yesterday!! And we also got a couple of really funky outfits for her birthday.
L. G.Nice trendy shop, 3 floors of stock and well laid out.
M.The fitting rooms here are large. Great music in store. Love the style of clothes. There is often a range of different stock and the clothes are good quality. I've had my clothes from here for years and they haven't stretched out or lost colour, like other high street stores tend to.

K. R.Although I love UO my experience with ordering online has been somewhat tarnished due to lack of communication regarding overly late parcels. Having no customer service telephone line and only email to communicate has proven very frustrating as time between answering sometimes lapses into 2/3 days. Also they clearly do not read their emails fully as I was asked if i wanted a replacement sent or refund, having replied with a replacement I was duely given a refund anyway. Aaarrrgghh.
