Good wheelchair access but couldn't see accessible fitting rooms, was difficult to get a door closed with the wheelchair in the fitting room we used. Staff service excellent. Went a few weeks ago on a Wednesday to find a new bra and had help from a staff member named Chloe if I remember rightly. She was very helpful and friendly and helped me pick the right style to suit my needs. I couldn't try it on that day because I was cold and wearing several layers to stay warm, and find it difficult to change due to disability. I was reassured of the refund and exchange policy to try at home instead. Went back today because unfortunately it didn't fit, I had estimated the wrong size as I have changed recently. Staff were very helpful again in trying to find the right size in the same style and colour, although unfortunately this wasn't possible in store or online. For the retailer, it would be nicer to keep the softer fit bras (no underwire, softer fabric) available in black as well as "nude" or pink tones (I need dark colours for my wardrobe). For the staff though I am very grateful for the help in finding an appropriate alternative and this time trying it on in store to ensure good fit. Really couldn't rate the service any higher, all staff I spoke to were lovely, helpful, and really willing to do what they could for me. I very much appreciate it.

Great store, very big and a good amount of staff! Went shopping on boxing day so it was busier than usual, but staff still came to assist and check I found everything I wanted. Only thing I would suggest is improving the fitting rooms as I find them confusing, there's no signage as to whether you should wait for staff to assist you or if you should just walk in and try everything on! Products are expensive but they are very good quality.

Variety of bras and knickers is good. Even the larger sizes are pretty when usually larger sized bras are plain. Only down side is not all staff are welcoming in their demeanor, but the majority are pleasant and welcoming and willing to help. The fitting room staff are fantastic and will help you find the PERFECT fit whilst maintaining your dignity.
