I was looking at a shirt from outside the store, not wanting to go in since it looked expensive. A member of staff suggested I come into the store and look around. After trying on a couple of shirts and having a chat ( with the manager I guess) I left with a bunch of clothes. quality, fit and price were all excellent. I will definitely do all my future clothes shopping here in the future. Great staff at Hanley store. I felt no pressure to buy. (19/04/22)

Went into your shop for socks and boxers for xmas presents. Can i just say the young man who served me was most helpful and polite. He is credit to your store. I think his name was Lewis. And I would like to say a big thankyou .

Feeling fresh. Absolutely love that shop and the customer service and welcome are a treasure. Staff are super friendly and a good laugh and the owner is wonderful. Everyone should come here because besides all that why the hell not?? The clothes are perfecto tailored to your needs. All and all I love the atmosphere and considering I struggle with anxiety around people I felt like I had none whilst inside this store x Magnifico!!

Went in today to buy a few things for my holiday tomorrow, the nice lady in the shop was a great help and a credit to the store, very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble, she could also sell snow to the eskimos !!!
