M. L.Ordered some furniture on 14th April 2021. System kept on freezing and unfortunately the wrong items we’re ordered. Had to revisit the store the next day to sort this out. While in store we cancelled the order and our loan agreement via the customer services number. Then reordered our furniture with a new assist. She was very helpful I think her name was Holly.

B.I have started my Christmas shopping early this year at Festival Park because last year traffic was awful trying to get off the car park and this year we have all of these problems with the bridge which will cause complete disorder. Next store is fantastic though always clean and everything is laid out nice.
L. R.Big store welcoming and plushness with plenty of choice. People with pushchairs,baskets and the thin aisles make it awkward to move around the store. When I needed assistance took me a while to find someone. The girl who served me at the till, didn't smile and looked very bored. Shame. Next winter quality isn't that great. Probably won't come here again now until spring. Paperchase is upstairs - an expensive stationery store. Nice n pretty items, but probably wouldn't make a journey just to buy a fancy card or pen.
J. P.I like next but this shop has let me down. How big it is there is not much men's clothing to choose. Caters for everything else. Also a Costa inside aswell which is Handy but could do with more seats as busy.

There was a bit of a mix up when buying birthday cards though that said they were on sale and actually they needed to be in certain sets.
Like any other Next shop though really...
E. T.Large next store including furniture range and large section for womens clothing. Small section for childrens wear and limited changing rooms in childrens area only 1 disabled changing room in childrens area was advised to use. Spent whole of period daughter trying on outfits with other shoppers trying to break door down. Not a relaxing experiance.
T. W.This next is brilliant it's a new store which has replaced the old one. Its situated just a 5 minute drive from Hanley town centre it's a lovely store beautifully done there's a restroom and baby changing facilities and there is also a costa coffee which is great and also a shop called paperchase which stocks arts crafts stationery gift cards etc. The prices in next can be a little on the expensive side but at least you know your buying quality, the furniture section is wonderful you could go a little mad in their with your plastic friend lol!!!!

A. J.Good sized next, there is also a paper chase and Costa inside these are both open till 7.30 however next is open till 8pm in the week. This store also has a home furnishing department inside
