It's a place where someone could have for everything in a minimal collection. It offers products for Men Women Kids Home & decor and almost you will find everything there. There won't be a large collection for choose, but it's a cool place for some purchases to be done in affordable rates. Products found on their own brand and some of their collaboration.

A wide variety of clothing and shoes for all ages, especially children's clothes (true to size as well). Can be a bit crowded on the weekends/bank holidays, so prepare for that. They also have the most amazing scented candles and dinner ware at reasonable prices.

I really dislike coming to this place, it's way to bright and hot which makes it uncomfortable, bar the main walkways it's not that easy to get a wheelchair around, and inbetween the goods, on occasions it hard to find the correct sizing because it's a mess where previous customers have looked and staff have not reorganised, it's the case of needs must and as little as possible,

It's a well laid out, light store with two entrances. They do seem to be morphing slightly into the Disney store atm though, to coincide with Micky's 90th and about 50% of the store seems to be either Disney or Harry Potter themed.... I do find it abit frustrating as a grown up that, even the grown up clothing, seems to be all mini mouse and Hogwarts house related !

A great place to go for some retail therapy as they sell stuff... at very reasonable prices. If you're a massive nerd, like me, you'll love their awesome range of nerd merch - Marvel, Xbox, PlayStation and loads more.

I didn't think there was much choice at all for 10 year old girls. Everything seemed to be about Frozen or similar. The dresses that were there were extremely thin material. I have always gone to Primark for children's clothes and purchased numerous items over the years but disappointed this time. I did purchase 5 items of clothing for myself jogging trousers and tops and quality was good

As usual lots of clothes on the wrong size hangers so check the item instead of the hanger, you may be lucky. Also asked assistant in underwear dept for the colour code of a particular bra size and she didn't know and couldn't be bothered to find out!

Mens selection is pretty pathetic compared to the ladies/kids & home areas. Not much branded/licensed clothing for men either compared to the others.

My wife and I were shopping 3 weeks a ho and unfortunately my wife was knocked over by one of these trolleys. And was taken in to the medical room. Luckily didn't need to go to the Hospital. She was suffering from shoke .she just wanted to get out .But as the days went on my phone call from Primark the days went to a week. She did have a stiff neck for a week. And shes 64 years old and she was slammed to the ground. So the Moral of the story is we are so disappointed my wife didn't even receive flowers or a phone call. My wife did was so angry she text primark with the number she received but if she didn't text no one would have rang back .

Rather a large store over a number of levels. Two entrances to the property one directly from inside of the Potteries Shopping Centre and the other straight out onto the main street sorry I don't know the street name. As you can imagine a busy store plenty of staff on hand to ask questions. Lifts and escalators to all four levels.

Fast service, well it was only Monday. Great affordable clothes bought for Autumn/Winter. Need more Harry Potter stuff for boys and more Medium size clothes for women as they sell out faster leaving us 'bigger ladies' no options. Other than that great service. Well I absolutely hate Primark as you pay for what you get and I prefer better quality clothing but my partner absolutely loves it , on 3 floors you can get everything you could wish for clothing wise . Was taken ill in the shop. The staff couldn't do enough for me. They made sure I was ok, kept asking if I needed anything. The first aider came and talked to me and they said I could stay as long as I needed. Fantastic staff.

No changing rooms so have to return items, back doors in potteries closed so had to walk around, as a disabled person this was agony to walk round even with my stick, store started to get to closing and the exit into the potteries was then closed as an exit so yet again had to walk round, finding the back doors also shut I had to walk all the way round to the carpark, was in total agony by this point and was not impressed

Multiple floors of different categories of clothing ideal for all the family can be quite stressful sometimes due to overcrowding during busy times the whole place tends to be rather stuffy and too warm especially on top floor would be an absolute nightmare if you were disabled or have a pushchair and the aisles and sections are not wide enough for access excellent value for money and till staff always polite and cheerful. Queue times can be a bit tiresome with lengthy queues

Don't often have the need to go into Primark. It is however, good for the odd thing here and there. Definitely somewhere I'd avoid on Saturday as the mass of people is suffocating. So long as you're careful with the garments you're buying and check before purchasing you can find some decent things.

Primark is a good value for money shop but on the day I visited the hand sanitizer post fellover when I tried to use it ( it was also empty!) Down the escalator and into a very crowded shop alot of the people in there could not be bothered to wear a face mask. Took a while to queue to pay, I left the shop as soon as I could. It was a Saturday and as we all know you can't catch covid at the weekend so all's well!😬

It's a good store especially if you looking for summat cheap and cheerful. I think with this shop if you see something you like buy it cause if you leave it chances are its gone or you can guarantee they've only got ridiculous sizes left like most of there stuff. Set on 3 floors and parking at the shopping centre if you choose to use it, sells more than just clothes for women men and kids there's homeware also.

3 floors of clothes and home stuff. Make sure you get at least 3 hours parking if you're with your wife. Often busy. Huge clothing range. Although irritating the men can only access one changing room on the top floor. Can get untidy later in the day but I've seen mess like this in other Primark's. Getting very petty too with their refund policy. Make sure you secure your receipts in a safe when you get home!

I shop for clothes here the most for my kids and myself on occasion. I usually get a bigger size because they are small fitting and shrink quite abit in the wash. I don't mind buying bigger cause they fit pretty nice. Long tops me for though are a struggle cause my arms are long :-/. Love the set outfits for little ones, lovely variety and not a bad price. I always go back :-)

For what you pay, most items of clothing are great value for money. There are a few exceptions that stand out as expensive in comparison but nothing too extreme. People complain a lot about the mess it can get into, but forget the the mess is made by the people. It's a cheap shop so the clientele can be interesting. Staff are never overly professional. Many a time I've overheard staff members on the floor brazenly complaining about being at work, and whilst in the changing rooms recently I overheard things from staff that I didn't need to hear.

Primark have made lots of effort with the Hanley Store, kudos to them. Queue system for entry, sanitising stations on entry and exit, layout changes to create more space, cannot fault them... The only problem was people... Zero f*+ks given to social distancing my many in the store, primark can't control this which is why I gave 4 stars still. Very tidy store which is surprising considering people are still rifling through piles like there is no tomorrow. So in summary, great effort by the store... General public need to have a word with themselves

It’s a Primark, but not too bad as Primark’s go, they are actually aware of queues at this one so will call extra staff when needed, and it’s quite tidy, however my one biggest bug bear if you’re a chap like me, expect the world most out of the way walk to get to the men’s floor now located at some long forgotten end of the top floor.

Used to love Primark but haven't been enjoying it as much anymore. Prices have gone up a lot! And the Harry Potter and Disney pj's are very bad quality and shrink as soon as you wash them, so I avoid buying now although I used to love the pj's.

Hate crowded places but have to admit it sets its stall out very successfully. Massive quantities and ranges of stock - bang up to date and ever changing, at very reasonable prices. The store was heaving with customers of all ages and the tills never stopped ringing. Pity about the heat on the upper floors - it was so hot and stuffy I felt ill and had to get out. Afterwards went into Debenhams nearby and it was virtually deserted, so who's got it right?

Primark in Hanley is always rammed full of people and always swelteringly hot too. There's a wide range of goods on offer although when buying clothes be sure to check the sizing on the garment rather than taking the hangers size as gospel. Although the queues are long the move quickly. The paper bagging is free and there is plenty of changing rooms available.

I recently left a parcel behind in the Leeds branch of Primark .I went into the Hanley branch to see if it was possible to get it back to Hanley as the Leeds branch said I had to go back to Leeds to pick it up .The customer service was exceptional Maddy kept in touch with me and informed me when I could pick it up.My daughter and I were really grateful that the bag was returned to us as it was her purchases.Thankyou so much

Took some pjs back yesterday what id brought for a present for xmas but unfortunately they were odd sizes and to be fair wasnt expeting them to change them but with no hassel what so ever they gave me a full refund and i didnt even have a reciept the manager and sale assistant who served me delivered excellent customer service very pleased indeed :-)

The arrangements of the sections on the second floor do not have a permanent arrangement and I think I found myself moving back and forth for some time before I got what I wanted. Primark has very lovely stuff

Great Facilities and the stock is not bad at all however the staff and usage of the facilities is not very good there clothes on rails all over the shop for how big the shop is it is very hard to get around everywhere the staff however don't seem that well educated about the store i asked where an item was and the woman took me to somewhere where the item wasn't i then asked a different member of staff and she said that the item that i was looking for they didn't have in stock also there are 12 different check out counters and only 6 are being used.

Primark hanley store: store is next to and has access to the potteries shopping centre behind the store. Store does not have parking, but there are many cheap car parks nearby. Many products are low cost & of good quality. Store has a few floors, womens, mens & childrens clothing. Store is well laid out & is an easy shopping experience. No pressure to buy either from the friendly sales staff, only help if you ask for it! 👍
