Thanks 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 This store is busy for 3 reasons .. Affordability, Quality and Great customer service. Everything in there is worth buying and are at very affordable prices also the team are extra nice and friendly also very respectful. Although it was busy I was served quite fast due to the way their system is. Now that is the type of stores that anyone would be happy to work in or receive services from.

Visited the store on the 18/10/20 to inquire If I could purchase the jacket I had bought online (and had gone missing) for the same price which included my 20% discount. The gentleman I spoke to in store on the day ( I think his name was Richard) was very understanding and allowed me to purchase the jacket in store for the same price I paid on line. Great customer service restoring my faith in high street shopping

It's bigger than the Scott's in Trafford centre. Staff are nice friendly and helpful a bit expensive. Sometimes it's like a jumble sale or you have to buy online as they don't have all the sizes in stock

I went it this store to collect a parcel which I had ordered on line there was some difficulties confirming the purchase but the staff were very helpful after that
