Shopped here on a Monday, a little wait outside while it opened, however once inside it was calm with plenty of space and lots of options for Women and Children. Mens section is always poor in Primark and other shops. Pricing was good and the service was quick with helpful friendly staff.

This store is best visited in the morning before the queues for the tills get too busy. It's quite warm inside which makes wearing a mask unbearable if you have to spend too long within. The new sustainable range of cotton clothing is very well made, and survives washing well, showing that Primark is moving beyond it's super cheap, disposable fast fashion origins. Smaller than the Cardiff store but contains all the key ranges and basics over 3 floors. Wheelchair access is easy with a decent lift provided, and the aisles are well arranged to allow easy movement within the store for those with reduced mobility or buggies.

Have to recommend this shop. Beautiful designs on clothing at reasonable prices, will buy leggings from here as there good quality at fantastic price. Also brilliant for handbags,baby clothing. Parking nearby. Fully recommend if you can't find anything your looking for to try this shop or site. Also covid rules were correctly in place when I visited, not to busy.

For my first visit in nearly 18 months I was a bit apprehensive regarding Covid. When I got there, there was quite a queue outside but it moved very quickly and I was in the store within 10 minutes which is great. Really pleased with how the store is laid out, including the tills. I felt comfortable and it was nice to get back in a Primark again!

One of my favourite shops for clothes, shoes, bags. Just bought an amazing Minnie Mouse throw with a hood, and was well chuffed. Love the range of clothes in larger sizes, men's T shirts are awesome and great value. The shoes are great value for money and of good quality. Even the makeup and perfume is great. The prices keep me coming back for more, always something different in store.

I would rate this store higher as I do love shop there, decent quality clothes/shoes at reasonable prices, also a very clean well kept store with lovely staff. The reason I didn't give 5 * is because they have revised their return & exchange policy making it a lot more inconvenient. I bought a pair of trousers recently but they were too big, when I went to exchange them for a smaller size I didn't have the receipt and they point blank refused to exchange them. Other stores have no problem issuing a return or exchange so don't understand why Primark have made it so difficult

I regularly used to shop in river island but now shop here as I prefer the clothes and i can get an outfit for the cost of a pair of jeans from river island. It's always full of people. My only wish is for more walking space as I have a son in a pram which can sometimes be awkward.

If you have been in primark on a Saturday I feel sorry for you. Mothers using the prams as blockades not letting anyone past, people just instantly stopping in front of you like they are looking for a whiplash claim and the poor staff look like they have seen better days. Go during the weekday it might be less stressful.

It's Primark people, it has what you would expect Primark to have. There are clothes for kids, men and women. There are seasonal clothes (summer/winter) depending on the season. It has a lot of different clothes to choose from. They are cheap to more expensive but you can get some alright quality clothes for low prices. Not everything is the best quality but I suppose you'll have to visit to judge for yourselves :)

Took my girls to buy winter pyjamas and was well impressed with the range and quality of the items as well as the price. £8.00 each for a top and bottom. I usually buy online from Marks and Spencer or George at ASDA, but the pyjamas never last the season especially at the knees, I am confident that this lot will stand the test of time. The staff are friendly, patient and helpful.

Great store. Lots of really nice clothing and home ware. It's not the biggest store but an asset to Swansea. Prices are unbeatable! For that reason it's often very busy but I normal go after work at about half 5 and it's qieter then.

Always crowded and busy. Layout is quite disorganised and some items are strewn around but I think that’s more due to inconsiderate customers. Sizings are always weird and in consistent here. A size in one item might fit but the same size in a different item won’t. Always try the clothes on if you are uncertain.

Reasinable prices, lack of sizes is a pain alway loafs of size 4 and 6 clothes yet management never seem to understand that they should buy more of the sizes above these! Thier mantra is "sorry its only whats out is left" if they bought more they would sell more. Stupid really
