V. W.Visited today with my teenage daughters. Charlotte was fantastic with them both, suggesting styles and sizes. Both girls bought a pair which really suited them. Excellent value and quality, fabulous customer service.
C. C.After experiencing very poor customer service in many other stores in Swindon outlet, we were relieved when we found a shop with excellent customer service. The sales assistant, Hassan, was attentive, helpful, cheerful and very knowledgeable about the products. He is a real asset to the store. We bought 4 pairs of jeans as a result!
c. A.I visited yesterday (Thursday) and there was a young lady who helped me, maybe around 5'5ish who was so helpful. She was so happy and chatty and went out of her way to find me a good fit. I bought a top and some blue jeans as the black jeans were sized weird and didn't work for me. Got a deal as had my eyes on them for a while then the lady at the tills also helped me save some money which she didn't have to do by telling me about a deal. Lovley team :) thanks guys

Levi’s was pretty much the last shop we went in and we were both tired and a bit fed up but she turned our day around. Thank you :)
