My husband and I visited recently to buy him a 3-piece suit. The lady who served us was incredibly helpful, suggesting different styles and fits. She made the process very easy, saving us so much time and effort. She could tell which size/fit my husband was just by looking at him. He ended up with a great suit, and shirt, at a very affordable price. Thoroughly recommended.

Brought my tailored wedding suit from Moss Bros Swindon, along with my groomsmen suits, and i have to say the team there go above and beyond to make sure that you get exactly the perfect look for you. I think i spent 5 hours initially with Mihaela and James (apologies guys ) going over all the details, fits and styles which suit me. Thank you so much for being so attentive and making me look handsome for the day! (my now wife said that!)

I visited yesterday for some new clothes. I was greeted immediately by Monika who offered her assistance. She asked me what I was looking for and showed me to those items in the store. She used her knowledge to provide suitable suggestions and help guide my visit. It's so refreshing to experience a high level of customer service.

Very helpful, I needed a suit for a family funeral and was is no state to shop. Staff took care of everything and all i had to do was collect a perfectly fitting suit a few days later. Highly recommended for both service, quality, and price.

Very good customer service, well mechanised, good cut and quality tailoring. Would be a 5 star, however I would have to warn anyone shopping with Moss Bros to understand the returns policy as is very poor. If you pay with cash they are unable to return tender and send a cheque in the post. Very poor policies and IT systems for a company this size and age.

What a contrast, we called in on a busy Saturday hoping to buy a Morning Suit and Marina could not have been more helpful, she was very busy, serving a lot of people and under considerable stress but she was super helpful and took great care to see that we were happy with the purchase. Marina was definitely 5 Star service. Called back to the shop today to collect the suit and have a small alteration to the trousers - a very different story - no desire to please at all, just a rather sullen "once we've altered it we can't do nothing!" 1 Star service

We were helped by a lady named Im when arranging suit hire for our wedding. Im was extremely attentive, keen to help and ensure we absolutely got what we wanted. Im was also comfortable providing opinions and suggestions, and actively helped us reach the right answer. We've had very mixed experiences in MOSS stores recently (to the point we drove to Swindon from Bristol to avoid the "customer service" at the latter), but wanted to take a moment to acknowledge that Swindon has been consistently excellent (James was also very helpful on a previous visit).
