Booked just before covid rocked up in 2020 with the wedding finally occurring in early 2022 and nothing but perfection in terms of service and product in between. The fittings were so well done that everyone was still wearing their jackets a long way into the evening, it was all just ridiculously comfortable. I'd only ever worn products hired from national chains with other weddings and this was in another league to those. From the first meeting it was clear that Garry truly knows his stuff and so easily arrived at the right choice and style. When the inevitable happened and the wedding was delayed, Garry was still easy to deal with and moved the date with no trouble at all - especially considering that this must have been a really difficult time on the business side of things! Quick to respond, polite and certainly put the customer's needs above his own. Towards the day itself measuring was quick, easy and accurate. For those not based locally and unable to travel he was able to articulate what measurements he needed and how to take them properly to ensure that even those suits fitted perfectly first time. Everything was ready to collect on time with everything being present and correct. The suits were brilliant, the look was fantastic and can't wait to get the photos back. Thanks Garry, the wedding went perfectly and your service was a major contribution to that. It's much appreciated! If anyone is reading this and thinking they should try Garry for their suit needs, to be honest you shouldn't try anyone else. Garry is at the top of his game!

Delighted with the suits hired from Garry. All eight of us said how well the suits fitted, and everyone looked great on the day. Some of our party lived further away and weren't able to be measured in-person, but this was no issue as Garry was able to provide the suit very accurately indeed. Garry is a gentleman worth visiting when needing a suit for a formal event! My wedding was not a conventional one, with female Groomsmen and male brides maids it was fun arranging suits for all of us, however when I met Garry I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities and decided then that he would be my suit guy. Even with the confusion of having another groom with the same name having a wedding in the month before mine, and the challenge of having one of my female groomsmen living on the other side of the country, Garry had no issues with supplying perfectly fitted suits to us for the day! He even put an extra shirt and waist coat in for the afore mentioned grooms-lady just to be safe as he hadn’t met her in person. In short, Garry is a great man with with great suits, I highly recommend his shop!

I found Garry initially via Facebook after seeing one of his posts and saved his details, from the initial contact, then the first meeting we had and right up until the day of collection Garry has been amazingly punctual at getting back to me, professional and meticulous throughout and offered nothing but advice for me. Garry was very helpful in choosing suits for my wedding, I hired a total of 6 suits. Garry was attentive obtaining accurate measurements, both for those able to be measured in person, and those providing measurements. Suit hire was delayed over 17 months due to COVID-related delays, but Garry was very accommodating in the rescheduling. He's obviously very busy at present with many rescheduled events taking place in a compressed period. Despite this, Garry remained very helpful, suits were supplied as promised, in perfect condition, and there were no issues. I've used Garry Andrews for formal suit hire previously, and will use again.
