T. K.I was over from France visiting my sister and loved going into UK shops again after 18 months just for a change. Got some great quality t-shirts from Primark. Had my photo taken with Angel wings teehee. Was a nice atmosphere and easy parking. Lots of shops to have a nose around and a couple of pop-up shops where I found some baby things for my new great-niece.
C. H.Quite a large store situated inside the huge indoor telford town centre precinct, so a good place to go even in cold weather. It has 2 floors with a large cafe on the 2nd floor which i have posted 2 pics of. Plenty of parking all around the centre.
J.Great staff and a clean and well laid out store. The various high end clothes and retail items are well presented and not cluttered. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and I recommend a visit here though the prices are quite high as it's a more top end store.
C. P.I only visited the first floor of this shop. My impression that there wasn't much choice unless I wanted to blow my budget on a handbag or pair of shoes. I wasn't tempted to go upstairs to look at the clothing but may do if I visit again.
M. L. M.Visited the Lancome perfume and beauty concession. The lady was very helpful and attentive.
Her product knowledge was very helpful enabling my wife to get the right products without worrying about making the wrong decision.
I thoroughly recommended a visit to Lancome here.
A. M.Always seems like quality has dropped since it was sold off.
Not a huge range as before but still decent to have a quick look round and provides enough if need last minute present.
c. D.Very large House of Fraser store over two floors. There are a lot of very well known independent brands inside. The majority of the time there are offers on different products. However I find for the size of the store its not as well stocked compared to other stores. I find upstairs there is a lot more stock for women than men downstairs.

P. W.Disappointed in amount of stock as was looking for a nice dress for a wedding. Not much choice unfortunately.
J. S.My goto shop for all my designer clothes. Staff are very nice and welcoming.
P. F.A number of different brands represented here, but sadly too little choice in any range. My wife came looking for a wedding outfit, but found a very disappointing selection of formal outfits and severely limited selection of sizes. The in store lighting was so gloomy it was difficult to ascertain colours. Possibly the store has been adversely affected by Covid restrictions, but I found it a little depressing. Sorry, but House of Fraser needs to do better.
a. b.Would be so much nicer if cleaned the outside up and re did the flowers and stuff the food and drinks are nice but the rundown patio area really let's it down

S. M.They were unable to exchange a faulty item I ordered online, but the staff were excellent and dealt with my enquiry as best they could.
P. T.Hi bought the product we wanted, a Barbour jacket for my wife. No help from any staff, going to a quality shop would have expected a bit of help from a professional, also we asked if we could have coat hanger. And told no but gave me a free bag!!!!! Not s lot to ask for as paying nearly 200 pound. Would have been nice to have all the lights on in the store, we thought it had closed. Anyway Happy Christmas.

T. S.Staff friendly. Standard overall seen to have slipped on terms of housekeeping and cleanliness of utensils, crockery and teapots. However scones, super big and fresh, very tasty. Things just seemed a little tired.
C. W.Our first visit for a number of years on Sunday 11 February 2018 searching for luggage. We were surprised by the 50% off the quality brand in the store. We returned at nearly closing time to check whether the store loyalty card would also apply -yes a further 20% off - however the pricing on the cases were due to end that day!. The staff were fantastically helpful , organising a loyalty card , sorting the payment and generally supportive and helpful. I hope the rest of the store is equally accomodadating.
S. H.Went to the restaurant for breakfast, service was very good and food was well presented the only fault was the plate was to small for the a mount of food. I had 2 fried eggs 2 sausage 2 bacon 2 hash browns mushroom beans tomatoes and 2 toast with a pot of tea.

A. W.I bought yesterday from the menswear dept. They have a very good selection and I would like to commend Yoshi who served me. She was extremely helpful, efficient and a delight to speak to.
A. D.Decent department store, clean, tiny and a large space with lots of choice, managed to buy a belt reduced for just £4 (down from £20) although I must say without price reductions it's unlikely I would buy anything at full price as the shop is generally extremely expensive compared with others.
H. F.I came shopping today specifically to look for boots in the Office shoe dept, only to discover that it no longer exists. All the shoes are on display, but it's cordoned off. A member of staff informed me it's no longer open and couldn't say if it would reopen again in the foreseeable future. 😣
A.Good collection of various designer clothing and also home items. There is a sale going on at the moment with some offers upto 70% off. Very tempting

A. J.It's a good place for high market clothing and items but they don't stock everything compared to the bigger HoF stores for example like Birmingham or Wolverhampton.
You can get items ordered into the store though if that is a problem.
The store is 2 floors with a good range of clothing and home items, prices are pretty high but good quality with a lot of different brands within the store such as Levis / Ben Sherman etc.
Staff are friendly and helpful, definitely worth a visit.
