Kelly went above & beyond to ensure everyone’s measurements were taken & suits order on time & the support she gave when one waistcoat was a little snug just a day before the wedding was really impressive. Very friendly service, and was treated very well by the staff. Went in for a suit measuring for my sisters wedding, and I was tended to promptly; which felt like a personal experience. Felt like I had my own personal tailor. Would recommend.

Visited Moss Bros in Telford following a disappointing experience with Hockerty Suit Tailors. I was helped by Tony who was absolutely brilliant from the get go. He is a credit to that store and could not rate him highly enough. He took into account my build, complexion and style to help me choose a beautiful suit ready for my graduation and an upcoming wedding. Also sorted me a shirt and tie that compliments the suit really well. Thanks again Tony keep up the great work.

I had a great experience today at Moss Bros Telford. I was looking for a 3 piece suit and had the pleasure of dealing with Toni. Great guy, very thorough, very thoughtful, very friendly and very professional at the same time. Due to being 6'7" Ive had to have the suit ordered in. Toni had me measured up and couldnt do enough to help. Looking forward to Wednesday when I can pick it up. I suggest Head Office contact him to let him know that we truly appreciate what he did for us today... serves customers in an upbeat professional manner with a smile.
