We were surprised by the prices of the bed linen which was very good quality. What a nice store spotless and surprised how many people were in there as it was a Friday, definitely worth a visit.

Big store that always has a good stock. Staff are friendly and helpful. You have to pay for parking though as it is situated within the Telford shopping centre. It's currently £1.10 for an hour.

Great value for money. There is a very nice amount of variety in the stock. The store is all on the ground floor, with easy access for wheelchair users, entering from the M&S end of the store you will find the women's clothing section. The children's and men's departments are further to the back.

Great store, some of the clothes are great quality too! T-Shirts are often wear once though lol as they usually shrink too short after a wash. Saying that all T-shirts are made too short these days! The store is worth a visit but being popular sizes can sell quickly.

Store used to be good had lots of variety but now that seems to be slipping. Quite messy in places as staff not keeping on top of things and seems to be to hot inside the store so abit of a put off and the queues are slow moving.

Obviously being so close to Christmas, I was expecting it to be rammed but was pleasantly surprised it was easy to maneuver around. Had a lovely young man serving me, who made small talk while ringing up my purchases. 😁

You always have to love a Primark for providing cheap clothes. This one in Telford is a very large store and they have a lot of stock. There is a seperate counter for returns and the main tills are busy but they go down quickly. There are two entrances into the store and I always pick up my holiday clothes from here. Thanks to the model perfectly showing off the sliders/slippers.

Cheap and affordable clothing and more. This Primark is large in comparison to other shops in the town centre but not compared to other Primarks. The men's section is quite small with less 'deals' I would say. Never quite as up to date with fashion trends as I would like, and if you want anything not burgundy and mustard colour avoid it for the entire season of autumn.

Absolutely lovely staff and one member even helped me with my bra size even though she wasn't in changing room. They've given me space when I've got my service dog puppy in training and one staff member kindly asked if she could stroke him as she wasn't sure. Not impressed with customers.... on the way out I had to shout at some unruly kids telling them he's in work and not to stroke him flying! As they were flying into my puppies face with their hands and had to grab him out the way before they undone all his training. Even if he wasn't in a shop working patents need to educate their kids on service dogs and not only that but ASKING permission to stroke people's dogs?! I was brought up in the 90s where we were TOLD to ask people if we could stroke their dogs and didn't think that it was our right to. The ordeal caused a panic attack and my friend had to sort it out for me. PLEASE educate yourselves and your kids! Not every dog is friendly, either. Two absolutely brilliant parents were explaining to their kid why why couldn't see the puppy and telling them about service dogs and in training service dogs. We kindly thanked both of them and we need more people like that in the world.

I love this shop so much. The aisles are wide enough for about 6 pushchairs so that gives you a good picture of how wide. Its clean and airy with Manakins on most corners wearing very affordable fashion clothes that look good. The clothes on the rails are low enough for a wheelchair user so I don't need to trouble the staff but they are so friendly and helpful that they approach me and often ask me if I need any help. Great place. 100% best shop in Telford for disabled people.

A very well laid out store. Can find what your looking for with ease. 1st time shopping here so took my time looking around. It was suggested to me that I'd need to buy the next size up because their clothing was small but I bought my actual size and they fit wonderfully. Staff work hard replenishing shelves and refolding what customers have just thrown on the piles. Friendly and helpful staff. Card and cash payments accepted. Never had to queue long to pay for my items.

A well stocked store in the shopping centre. Was very busy when I visited. Some good lines of clothing across all ranges. There did seem to be a lot of clothes that had dropped off the hangers anf laying on the floor though. This does seem like a common theme in most Primark stores. The staff are friendly and helpful.

A large store with entrances from the short stay ash grey car park and inside next to Marks and Spencers. The store is much improved over the last few years with a large range of men's, women's and children's clothing. The quality of service can be mixed as the store check outs can be busy with the service seemingly distant and offhand.

Love the tradition of hanging the clothes on the floor which saves so much time. I found 3 lost children in the men's t-shirt area who had been living under a pile of Nirvana tops for 3 years. Feeding off scraps that shoppers left behind or fed to them.

It's a big Primark, bigger than the older Primark in the Centre. You know what to expect from here, cheap prices but not the cleanest of shops with clothes all other the place including the floor. Definitely worth popping into if you're on a tight budget as you can't get much better price wise but you need patience within this hectic store.

This primark is amazing if your looking for a wide range of items. It's probably one of the biggest stores close to me, and they stock everything. I found everything I wanted, and the layout is very easy to navigate.

You've gotta love a Primark... or Primarni :D the only criticism was that in the mens clothes, despite being a good range of choice, there only seemed to be extreme sizes left... In EVERYTHING. My boyfriend needed some new plain T-shirts for work and wasn't able to find a single one, we ended up going to River Island which once you've taken a multibuy which Primark don't do, only worked out about £1-2 more, get more of the standard sizes and less of the extreme ones ordered in!!

Disappointed with cuing to pay most people were told to go to one cue. There should be a dividing screen between the two areas that you pay at. Then leave it to the customer.

Very large store inside Telford shopping centre, however the queues were long for the tills and I also had to queue for the changing rooms. Because of its location inside the maze like shopping centre, it may be hard to find for those who do not know the area.

Primark in Telford is by far better than the one in Shrewsbury which is a shock as I'm from Shrewsbury, but the Primark in Telford is much easier to get round and find what you want unlike the Shrewsbury Primark. Primark is supposed to be affordable clothing and household items which the Telford branch has got right, unfortunately Shrewsbury Primark has tried to display itself as like all the other clothing shops which is why I would suggest the Telford Primark to be honest. The only tiny let down of Telford Primark is that some parts are hard to get to if you are in a wheelchair, but again the Shrewsbury Primark has these problems too and it's a new store.
