Hired suits for a wedding. Great customer service and liked the fact we could pick the suits up a couple of days before the wedding to check fit etc (stress free)

We hired suits for our wedding. Eddie was amazingly helpful and really knows his stuff. He managed to accommodate some last minute changes and predicted the size for a certain fit suit perfectly.

Took my grown up son here to be measured to buy a suit for a wedding. He has a learning disability and this new experience could have been very traumatic. However Callum was 👏 amazing with him and his care and attention was second to none. We made 3 visits before picking up the suit and each time Callum made the experience a joy for my son. I don't think he's the boss .....but he should be because his knowledge, customer service and expertise is 🌟 🤩 brilliant!

Well I did have a four star rating here up until today. The range was never that great hence the 4 stars however today they dropped another star. Service was shockingly bad. The man downstairs clearly knew nothing about his job. I felt very sorry for the man who paid for a suit that looked like a sack on him. Also sorry for the man who apparently was the wrong shape to fit with a shirt!!! I kid you not. The poor manager upstairs was clearly run of his feet with no competent staff to be found. He did appear to be a decent fellow though and when I made my complaint he was quick to resolve it. So for now there is a three star rating. We shall see if it improves the next time we go back to collect the suits we bought. Hopefully I can give them back their extra star.

Went into the store today to get my sons graduation suit, was served by a young gentleman who said he hadn't been there long but I can say his service was 100% he gave great advice and was very helpful indeed unfortunately we didn't get his name to write in review but when we use shop agsin will definitely be asking for him

Richard measured me up for an off the peg 3 piece suit. Something I've not done in 2 decades. Suit was chosen, tried on and it fitted perfectly albeit with a substitute jacket as MB Truro didn't have my size. Richard ordered the jacket saying it would take upto 2 weeks. Well it arrived on day 10. And it's just perfect. I can't thank Richard enough for his excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thankyou and the kindest of regards.
