A. B.Nice, good sized store. Everything was tidy, No clothes dropped on the floor. Was fairly quiet when I went.
I went into the changing rooms to try on trousers. The waiting room staff were friendly and directed me to a bay.
Didn't have to queue to pay. Think there was one person in front of me.
Very good shopping experience
R. P.A very bright, clean and tidy store, could certainly be a flagship location for the Primark chain. It seems the days of free-for-all destruction of displays have completely passed this place by...so the reason I never shopped here (Primark) has been removed.
Certainly a bargain basement feel in product pricing, but quality seems very good and highly competitive. Highly recommended.
B.Shopping for a baby boy... Probably the only thing primark struggles for.. 17 stars for girls clothes nearly the entire floor but baby boy selection is select and I didn't find many in the size I required. I still always look and have found stuff in the past that I have been more than happy with I'm not sure why the boy section is so small would love to see more choice..

L. S.This branch is about the same size as the majority of Primark that I have been to.
The big difference is that I had to wait for about 20 minutes to pay for the one item that I wanted, this was on the first floor check out. The queue was horrendous as they only had 2 people manning the tills.
Because of this I am rather reluctant to return.
O.As you'd expect from a primark good low prices, with the way the store is sized, navigating around is quite a challenge when it is busy. Seemed to be missing a lot of sizes too.
d. c.Great selection of clothes even in larger sizes. The shop has a lift so it is easily accessible for people with mobility problems.
G. M.The shop its self is OK, but just want to mention Dragon, she's a lovely friendly asset to Primark Truro and its great to see that someone heavily tattooed like myself there serving customers. Showing primark have moved with the times and employing even people with hand/arm and facial tattoos.... Well done primary and well done dragon always nice to see her face :)
M.This Primark is the best I've ever been into. No mess and clothes all been pulled all over the floor. Just a well laid out store with plenty of choice. Tidy and clean and very helpful staff. I could have been in Marks and Spencers if it wasn't for the name over the door and of course the amazing prices. Well worth the visit .
