The staff in New Look we’re extremely helpful and kind. I tried to leave a customer service review using the barcode, however the site wasn’t working. Thank you to both Jane and Daniella for all you help today in store you both went above and beyond I will definitely shop at New Look again!

It's OK, but no curve secti, which is surprising considering the size of the store. Smaller stores like St Helens have it and much less footfall Disappointing really

I do love this shop, I've been shopping here for more than 15 years. I've always thought it's good value for money and it always has nice clothes in. I'm sure the sizes are getting smaller though? I thought the sizes use to be good sizes compared to other shops. But it's a good shop for young people, older people and ages in-between.

I'm disappointed it doesn't carry the clothes for the larger woman I store. In saying that, it is not a bad store. My granddaughter got some good clothes there. They look quite well made and on trend. Very reasonable ably priced too.

The staff are mainly friendly. There is a decent amount of choice for a store in a small town. New store is much better than the old one. Although i did have a particularly unpleasant encounter with one of the staff on more than 1 occassion. I bought some stuff, I'd been shopping all day. I checked my balance n realised I'd spent a bit 2 much so i decided to take my stuff back. I got to the till and i said "i want to return these" and she glared at me and said "what, what you've just bought!" She was very aggressive throughout the whole thing. Another time i returned a pair of shoes that were in the sale unworn and she said "can you explain to me why these are marked as £10" i stated they were in the sale. Once her manager confirmed she went back to friendly which was a bit disturbing to be honest.

My daughter loves shopping here but I find it too unorganized and difficult to find things as lots is sale items on rails with no order to finding sizes. Staff friendly and helpful but not many staff around to ask.
