Popped in this afternoon to pick up work pants and steel toe capped boots for my daughter's college course. Fabulous friendly service from a man who really knows what was needed. He even took the pants up while we waited. No extra charge for the alteration. We were in and out within 10 mins. Fabulous price too! Thankyou.

My Dad can't stop going on about this shop! He bought some works overalls a couple of weeks ago, met by a lovely man and lady, who clearly took pride in their stock and provided him with exactly what he needed. He phoned them this week to see if they do alterations and could shorten the overall legs and they have done a very professional job of this today FREE OF CHARGE because he purchased them there! (otherwise its £5.50) you really don't get that customer service anywhere these days, so my Dad is massively impressed! (and saves me from making a botch job of hemming too!). Anything you need, give this shop a visit and you won't be disappointed.

I remember when I was younger and I got my first working clothes for my first job. Was greeted by a elderly gentleman and he couldn't help me enough and left thinking what a lovely man. Imagine my surprise 20 years later when I enter again and the same elderly gentleman greets me again and as he did back then, helped me with a smile and sent me on my way with everything I needed. Stars reflect the service I have always received even after many years apart. Show this shop your love, can't of been easy after these last year's.

Got my first set of chef whites from here when I was a 15 year old wet behind the ears l chef. Now I'm 40 q and head chef and haven't been anywhere else for my whites in all that time great local business always have what I need when I need it and great prices

Only ever shopped here once, my sister recomended the place as I was having trouble finding work boots that would last. Popped in and spoke to a nice chap who asked me what I was looking for, I explained my dilemma and why i needed boots for both riding the motorbike I could use for work on arrival. The man told me to wait whilst he went in the back to see what he had in as he thought he may have something, waterproof, steel toe cap and durable in stock...i awaited and expected a sales patter when he came back. I was so wrong he told em he thought he had a pair of CAT boots in the back that were on offer....nice price, simple sale no pushy sales a,d I got what i needed that lasted over 8 months for wearing 5/6 days a week working & riding in all conditions they were just what I needed. Definitely worth a visit.

Went in to buy some work trousers. Fitting room available to make sure they're good. Cut to length and hemmed while I waited. Nothing too much trouble and the prices aren't stupid either. Brilliant 👍👍👍
